She has been here at our office for 2 hours waiting for transport to come and pick her back up to take back to the nursing home. Mind you we have call Miracle transport and they seem not to care. We called and spoke to people 4 times and had to leave 2 messages to remind them to please come and pick up the patient. We will be calling the Better Business Bureau to do a follow up of how insensitive that they are to a patients needs. There was absolutely NO excuse for this type of service and care that the patient did not get from Miracle Transport. Very Sad.

I have a cousin that lives in McGregor Nursing home and she Cannot Walk. This last week her Mother passed away and she needed transportation to attend the Viewing. On Friday, 12/13/24, Penn Medical transport picked up my cousin from McGregor to take her to the viewing. She rode alone with the driver. No family members were with her. On the way back from the Viewing of her Mother, the driver had an accident. My Cousin fell out of the Electric Wheelchair on to the floor of the Van & the Electric Wheelchair Fell on Top of her. WHY? Because the driver was negligent and DID NOT STRAP Her in. She now has Broken Bones in her Ankle & has a Cast on. **And not able to attend her Mom's Funeral on 12/21/24.
