So I got a call back stating that first I couldn't get my medicine because it wasn't due yet I tried to let them know I wasn't calling for just one I was going by the appointment thinking they were going to call me and send over all my medications Like Usually well I was informed first that a credit card wasnt on file... then I was never asked about the credit card again then I was told my appointment isn't till friday at 9:10 when I clearly have two text messages saying my appointment was today at 9:10, then I was informed that I haven't been seen in the office in 3 years that I have to go in there and not to mention I live almost 4 hours from charleston now. I love my doctor but this place has been a nightmare from the start. I was never told until a month out that I have to been seen in the office. I came with concerns, they were clear and honest and didn't make false promises. They were realistic and concise and so fast. I always expect to wait, but there was very little waiting. Everyone was kind and easy to talk to. There was an air of calm and support. I was nervous and afraid, but they all put me at ease. They actually accomplished a series of test and screenings but optimized what made sense for me and discussed everything thoroughly. Not at all the experience I received at roper who did basic tests, had no conclusion and charged me 10,000. St roper is 0.2 miles from me, but I will make the half hour drive to Trident any and every time. They have better pricing and a more efficient in house lab.
