She was thorough, professional, listened, asked questions and took zero shortcuts. I have a peptic ulcer that just will not go away. She took 2 hrs and it was easy to tell by her deportment that she really cares. It's interesting because that is a snapshot of the providers who serve at the Doctor's Office. My family and I have gone there for 3 years now. I recently got health insurance. However I trust the Doctor's Office with my healthcare. One more story. My father passed away from Covid-19/Pneumonia last January. The hospital did nothing for him. He lost over 20lbs in 10 days. After a battle we got him home. I called the Brookfield location and NP Jennifer Dall was working. They were just closing. I told her what was going on with my dad. She asked if I could get there soon. I said I'm about 30-35 minutes away. She waited. She did everything she could to help my dad. She went out of her way. Unfortunately, by the time the pneumonia had spread too much. But Jennifer Dall saw me again with a 2 minute notice. I'll never forget how well she served my family. Only wish she had seen my father sooner. Dr Barney, NP Margot Harris, PA-C Maggie McGraw, NP Erika Bourdeaux and Family NP Courtney Castelein. Maggie is my wife's favorite practitioner! Sorry so long. They did give me a physical on the spot, so that was cool. The results of the visit were a prescription, and a report back on my blood test. It appeared as if the clinic never took action on getting back to me with the results of the blood test, nor sending in the prescription that came out of the visit. After multiple calls, and about 3 weeks of time elapsed, I did eventually get the results of my blood test. Same was true of the prescription. OK turned out that they were not calling my phone #, rather someone else's. Fast forward to just recently, I went in for a scheduled appointment. When I got there I was informed that the Dr. would be about 15 minutes late. An hour later, many patients came and went while I sat waited. I became frustrated and left. I may try a different branch office, but I'll never be going to the Darien office again

The nurse called the police to complain my injury was shaking, twitching when she tranquilized me and I not even listen or talk to her when sedated. She called more police and brought police into room to show how I not even listen when she really do talk out loud to me. The nurse as a Dr tried to say I was just drunk but breathalzer was 000. When awakened in locked unit, staff from Janet Wattles and med students all stared and nobody ask or say anything, again. They were trying to get ins co to believe they MD and get payment for me, but police not do that or understand why call and can not arrest for stare think and act like it the victim as most staff often does, unless pregnant or in labor, they wait until not have baby with you to be mentally abusive act like it you and then call police, again. After 8 days, a police officer came and I followed them out as they not know I was drunk patient for not really drunk or abusive like they said. Later, that day I had corrective surgery on orthopedic injury at St. Anthony, then went home that afternoon. The staff would have kept me in psychiatric for as long as insurance say they will pay for as staff of med students, psychology students, and new hire nurses want to study. From what I understand lots of staff swear, lie, complain if not drink alcohol, believe they sick when not (hypochondriac) and project that issue onto patients who are sick, and/or injured.

It was very traumatic for me and every day going to work, I was reminded of what happened. They said, I was frequently late. They said I was spacing out. They said so much garbage about me behind my back. They would have a hard time concentrating too if they were in my shoes. Fast forward years later. I'm married to a wonderful man with an awesome father who grew to be like my dad. One day my father-in-law was having a stroke. We took him to the ER which was now Javon Bea hospital. I told the lady at the front desk that my father-in-law was having a stroke. She told us to take a number and sit down. Take a number? Really? An hour later, he passed out in the waiting room. The nurse came running out after I frantically went up to the window and asked me what happened. I told her that I told the girls at the window 1 hour ago we think please having a stroke and they told me to take a number and have a seat. She was very rude and acted like we some nerve complaining. My father-in-law passed away. This health system has been horrible for decades. I thought maybe it had gotten better over the years but I was wrong. Don't ever take your loved one there or work there.

I'm sure some patients gonna be a real handful, so I definitely recommend coming here for the CDLDOT you have to check in and do paperwork on your phone or they have a tablet and your appointment time doesn't guarantee that specific time but it guarantees you a spot, so just keep that in mind and be patient.

How is that faster than having the receptionist run these items through a scanner? Then, I was told that the computer couldn't read the picture of my insurance card (shock face), so they wanted me to call my insurance company on speaker in the middle of the waiting room to confirm that my insurance is active and request my copay amount. Um, I'm fairly certain that's what the "provider" telephone number on the back of the card is intended for... Why would I provide my personal and confidential information on speakerphone in the middle of the waiting room? I'm sure they're trying to streamline the process and save money, but this entire process took more than 35 minutes. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else that scanned my insurance card and had us in a room with the doctor in under 5 minutes. I will not be returning to this facility. Who needs the hassle?

The receptionist is so nice not a split racism in her eyes in her spirit I was taken four blood pressure medicines. Until I seen doctor Jessica Skinner a family nurse practitioner she cares about her patients now I'm down to 2 blood pressure pills. This doctor I recommend if you are in the Rockford Illinois area or Loves Park area make sure you go and asks for her. She takes time and listen to her patients even on her off days she stills call and check on her patients. If you are sick she will go to Extreme measures to make sure that you are 200% healthy. Some doctors will go to the extreme mile to make sure that they care about your health and your spirit I live one hour away from this Clinic but I don't care I will go to that extra mile to come to this doctor because I know she's going to do an excellent and wonderful job I don't even care if my insurance paid this for clinic $1,000. As long as I am 100% healthy that's what all matters children elderly specially adults if you need a clinic and a specialist this is the place. She Will write you a prescription and she wants to see you in a week to see if you help me if you missed the appointment she will get on you that someone that truly cares. Despite of negativity what people will say about this clinic I think otherwise they are not prejudice to me. No Bigotry no racism whatsoever I've never seen it all I see is a beautiful spirit that loves her patients. This clinic I give it 500 stars up
