Make an appointment and they get you right in, but if you don't make an appointment then be prepared to wait a long time. I would definitely not recommend that option as it's really frustrating to be a walk-in. There's usually not many staff there. Came in today early in the morning and I believe her name was Sue was very cheery and nice. She helped me get all 6ish of my tests done and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. This office has the feel of a small family run business but the versatility of having a large corporate backing to get top notch equipment in the office. Today needed blood & papers for an upcoming procedure. They said they didn't have the papers, my other doctors office gave them faulty info, we left. I called the other office in the car en route another stop, managed to sort them out and have it faxed over to the clinic. Stopped at the clinic on the way home and they managed to squeeze in a few minutes with a nurse to grab the blood and a flash with the doctor to do the paperwork even though I was well past my appointment time today because the other office didn't send the papers to the right office. They'll go above and beyond to get things done if they can logistically handle it. Blood collection was easy and the nurse had my preferred type and gauge of needle, I know what needle my veins are good with because of how many blood drawings and procedural IV lines I have in a year. The overall clinic is a 5/5 except for when you have to do after hours answering service call ins. They tend to be a bit unreliable at getting the physician to phone back but they do eventually work after some prodding. Maybe the company will switch answering service vendors if they see more complaints about answering service problems.

Process is fast and easy, like today, I was in and out in literal 10 minutes (that included ordering my test, paying, and blood draw). Awesome. Doesn't always happen if there's a line but they do provide a waiting room with complimentary beverages if waiting is necessary. The employees are sometimes a little short and not super friendly because they're going so fast through everything but they do a fantastic job at pricking you. I'm bad with needles and they make it easy and as painless as possible. If you're paying out of pocket and want to save some cash, pro tip: look up the tests online beforehand (great that they have the prices online now) and make sure they are the cheapest option. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't, so I go here for the cheaper tests and go elsewhere for the ones they are more expensive for. Would recommend for sure!
