Friday rolls round and I get a phone call stating it won't be done until five so I agreed to five. I decide not to go on Friday at five due to traffic. So Saturday morning, when my husband arrives to pick it up, it is still not completely done. The logo has not been printed out so he had to wait until they could print it out cut it out and glue it onto the piñata. I would definitely say don't pay in full until you see what you're getting. Make sure that you call multiple times to verify that your item will be done when you need it. I wonder if this is under new management or new people running it. I hope they get it together because I really like the place.
