Instead of receiving my order, I was informed that my package was "lost" before it ever arrived. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I contacted the company for help, Salman Nasir was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and spoke to me disrespectfully, despite the fact that I was simply trying to find out where my order was. As the customer, I did nothing to deserve being treated that way. After looking through other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding shipping issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. My experience appears to be consistent with what others have reported, which is very concerning. If you're ordering something time-sensitive--especially for school or work--I would strongly recommend using a different seller. My order never arrived, I lost valuable time preparing for school, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope the company improves its customer service and shipping practices because no customer should have this experience.

Came a couple months ago and talked with David to update my son's MacBook and was told it would be done in a day with an agreed upon price. Came back to the store after no call to get an update or hopefully pick up the laptop and it wasn't ready. Called in a couple times and more excuses on why it had not been done yet. Fast forward to over a month later and visited the store to see what the hold-up was and got the owner. First he could not find not only the paperwork or my information in the system but he also could not find the laptop till I described it. It was in the "unclaimed pile" as he said. Turned it on and it had not been updated, no work had been done! He apologized and offered to do it himself. Before finishing up the paperwork I asked to confirm the price of doing the update. He quoted me 3x's more than originally agreed upon. When I expressed that it was not the price David had given me he said "sorry but that is not what we charge and he'd talk with his employee" with no other option to make it right. Long story short, he kept my laptop for months, did not do the work, lost my paperwork and misplaced my laptop then did not honor the price his employee gave. I am not upset with the business owner for his employee but I am upset that he as a business owner in our community would not make this right. Choose for yourself where you want to spend your money but there are other options not far down the road. I will not be coming back and will make sure they are never recommended from me. I'm just glad I got the laptop back. No paperwork, no info in the system, easily could have claimed I was never there.

Search for the Right Price: Black Friday weekend. List price was $3299. Amazon and the rest of the retailers had it on sale for $2296. Lowest price I could find online for a refurbished or open-box unit was $1999. These guys had it for $1499 for Black Friday only. I actually called their Pasadena location first since it is near where I live, but that location kept going right to voicemail. I was out of town visiting family, but called to ask if I could buy it over the phone. Richy did me one better and said if they still had one on Sunday (when I returned) they would let me have it for the discounted price. In Store Purchase: When I arrived on Sunday Richy had four of the TVs in stock. Since they are refurbished / open-box I wanted to thoroughly review the product to ensure there were no defects prior to purchased. He opened the box and plugged it in. Right away I noticed that there was a line down the screen (not sure what the technical description is). He seemed surprised by the issue and quickly repackaged it and brought out a different one. I was extra careful after seeing that and very carefully checked over this one. I checked it for burnt cells, pixilation issues, scratches / abrasions, etc. I also checked to make sure that the inputs were all functional, that the remote worked, and that it mounted properly on the stand. We really ran it through the paces and they were really supportive through the whole process. Warranty: This was the most important to me since I was buying refurbished. They advised that the warranty was good for ninety days and that I could return it at any of their locations (I asked specifically because I didn't want to drive all the way back to Pomona if something happened since they have a location in Pasadena). The warranty print out wasn't very clear on that so Enrique was nice enough to write it in and initial it for me when I asked. Delivery: after purchase I was planning on putting it in my car and driving it home myself. However we soon noticed it wouldn't fit. Thankfully Enrique, another store employee, had his vehicle offered to drive it home and install it for $85. I thought that was a reasonable amount since I live in Pasadena, CA. He arrived later that night and helped me install and calibrate the TV. Overall: The price was far better than anywhere (saved $500 off the next best price for refurbished). They were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout the purchase and installation process. So far everything is working great. Fingers crossed that no issues crop up later.
