After looking at a couple options I settled on trying out Blind Dog's cleaning service. They offer an ultrasonic cleaning for records so thought I'd give them a shot. Mark was very helpful and quick to take care of my vinyl, and the price was fair for a double LP. The cleaning has increased the clarity for this record by a wide margin. Some crackling still remains, but probably have to accept that's from damage. Overall very happy with the service provided; glad my record could be restored to the point of enjoyable listening. Also an awesome shop to browse around. Clean, spacious and well organized. Will definitely come by again to pick up some records down the road.

Kevin came in the room and played some streamed music on some vintage Tannoy speakers. I fell in love with the 100% tube Integrated and Kevn offered to buy my Mcintosh MA252 for a more than fair price. TH MA252 was a Hybrid amp and so I purchased the EVO 400 and a new phono preamp. Since that time I bought new KT150s, a Mofi/Fender Turntable, Focal headphones etc. Every transaction has been very rewarding. Kevins sales force and service department is always a pleasure to work with. Kevin is very passionate about so many things in life and his employees love working there. Chris stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours (I am not local) and was able to guide me through set-up, care for my system, and even noticed that the red cap from the needle broke off and needed to be removed (pictured). He gave me recommendations on how to get it out, waited for me to try them, and sent me a link for the correct needle replacement. Im able to listen to the radio and my tapes now, just waiting for the needle and I can finally play my records. His ability to walk me through the set-up and minor repairs, without even touching the system, is a true testament to his knowledge and skill. Thank you!
