Came back the next day and was told the repair person is only in on Wednesdays. I come back the next Wednesday , leave work to get there right at 11am before they open. They never opened! Waited an hour . Call the phone number and no one answers. The lady at the counter is extremely rude too. Very limited business hrs posted and then they aren't even open the hrs posted both times I went there in a week span. Found a new place to go today and will never be giving my business to this place again.

The gentleman in the store was very quick to greet me and offer assistance. He asked what he could…read morehelp with and I shared that I needed a new string. He found what he had which appeared to be only one, but I asked if he had any other brands. He did some additional searching and located a better mid range string. I would have liked a few more options but I don't blame this on him. The supply chain issues are the reason for limited supply of things in my estimation. With the second option in hand, he looked up the price, gave me a slight discount, and had me on my way. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will use these guys in the future if the need arises. I walked in, and it was like Willie Wonka - but guitars and other instruments Blew my Mind - I would not even call this store of purchase a store - I would call it a museum, they had all and everything. Also the most impressive thing was - I would through a lil pop quiz questions to the employees about something and - got all correct with more info than asked. Also the cool thing - was almost as if it was like a secret underground place - when you walk in - you have some guy refurbishing up a classic guiter who looks like he played for the stones. Every time I come here this guy is sooo rude! He has a big sign with books on it saying "$1 for…read moresale" my dad goes to look and he says "can I help you, those aren't for sale they're pre sold". Lol then why are they in a box sitting there with a sign? This is the third rude encounter. He could have said that way nicer- it was so snobby and unnecessary. His customer service sucks! Yikes we won't be back for sure! Rather go up the street to a better music store where the person is actually nice and wants to sell stuff.

I always have a great experience at the Detroit store. I try to stop by often to see what they have…read morefor used gear. They have a great selection and Indigo always does a great job stocking hard to find items. My advice be patient if they are busy.
