Went for a pepperoni pizza and 8 count buffalo wings. it was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The pizza was very very cold. the pizza was so hard to bite and pull. it honestly looked like it had been sitting out all day. This place was recommended by my daughter's Grandma. So decided to order a stuffed crust pizza for my kids. As it looked appealing/appetizing to the eye, the taste was not. Extremely SOGGY and greasy. As I contacted Customer Support for a refund, the restaurant's response was- it's the garlic & parmesan. I understand that but for your pizza the by soggy? This is your average pizza chain that offers decent priced pizzas. It's not like other places where they pile on the ingredients/ toppings. However, the pizza is still good. I usually order pretty simple pizza: a Hawaiian pizza. I order online, which is an easy task, and then go pick it up. It's not too complicated. Could the value be better elsewhere? Maybe. But this place isn't bad for what it offers. It's all about preference and sometimes I prefer that the Piara pizza. Customer service at the location is mediocre. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered through the order option on the Piara Pizza website. My food was delivered by a third party and was missing items. It only gives the option to call the location to fix any issues. However, they said now I have to drive a 40 minute round trip to pick up my missing items. This is the whole reason I ordered delivery. Then I checked the "third party" tracker and it says I was only charged $63.80 BUT my bank account was charged $85.29. We were missing an order of breadsticks and 3 sides of ranch. read more

This place sucks went to try it ask the girl for plain wings and a large pizza. It took her three times and she got somebody else to help me then when they handed me my order, they gave me hot wings and I said that's not what I ordered, and this old man came out Telling me that they were not hot wings when you could clearly see that they were hot wings he said maybe you should learn how to order I said no maybe you should hire somebody that understands what your customers are asking for and he said that's perfect perfect why they have me And I said that maybe you should work the counter and do your job and he come from behind the counter, screaming chasing me out the door taking my picture calling me names acting like a crazy man. Lo and behold I've found my new go-to pizza place! Their pizza is delicious, uncomplicated, and extremely cheesy. Like, costco pizza cheesy, but somehow less greasy. The place has decent good pizza for the price. Have ordered in the past and was ready when we're came to pick it up. Recently I wanted to order again. We called to see when they'd stop taking orders. A lady told us 11:15pm because they closed at 11:30pm. We called back at 10:50pm and we're told no more orders were being taken.....so confused. I think if you dont want to cook anything else because the kitchen is cleaned for the night you should tell people call before 1030pm to place orders. It happened twice already. So sad! read more

I stopped by to grab my kids a quick lunch on the way to a local park. The pizzas were ready and I didn't have to wait, a huge plus when you have kids. DOWNSIDE they were far from hot or even close to warm. They actually tasted like they were made the night before and heated up in the microwave. By the time my kids got to the crust the pizza wasn't even chewable. The pizza was very tough. This was my second time eating here I don't remember it tasting so bad. I wish I would have just stopped my Sams club and picked up a pizza there. I won't be coming back. I gave this spot 2 stars because the guy who helped me was very friendly. My first time here and I picked it because I always pass the place when going home. When I looked it up, it had great reviews so I decided to check it out. I had the large pizza chicken barbecue without cilantro. The pizza isn't greasy like other pizza place. The barbecue sauce is just right, and it's not overpowering the taste of the chicken. The crust isn't chewy nor hard to bite, just right. I'm going back for more and try their wings. I ordered from Yelp or grubhub, pickup time is on point. Service is great as well.
