Every interaction has been very professional and amazing. She charges a carry fair price for everything included with adoption. If you cannot afford it, then you shouldn't bring a pet home with you. Pibble and All Paws rescues so many dogs from certain death. I think that so many people expect a rescue pup to come free, trained, and guaranteed healthy for their lifetime. That's not what owning a pet is. If that's what you want, get a pet rock. Pets are work, and money....but in exchange you get to save a life and unconditional love! Couldn't find a better rescue out there!!!! Pibbles and All Paws Rescue takes in dogs from out of state high kill shelters. To take a dog from a shelter out of state you have to rely on a network of people because of the distance. Small break down of what this costs and entails: All dogs 3 months or older are required to have a rabies vaccine $10-$25 All dogs 6 weeks or older are required vaccines for various diseases $25 each (4 sets are recommended) Dogs 12 months or older are required to have a heartworm test $45 ALL DOGS going into the state of Washington are required per the Dept and Ag and USDA to have a health certificate that is issues by by a vet (not all vets are qualified) $25-$45 PER DOG (this means that if there is a mom and puppies, each dog is required this) Transport from out of State $55-$175 (Depending on size) Spay/Neuter $150-$300 Then there is the food and supplies needed while they are in their foster home. Because transports consist of many animals from shelters that have not received all vaccines kennel cough can easily be spread. (Just like a cold) That then, adds another cost which is for a 10 day round of antibiotics and a vet visit. This is the "basic" break down of costs for each dog. If there are any health issues, then that can easily run in the the thousands yet a rescue will only get the regular adoption fee of around $500. There is no way ever to know what you are getting from a breeder or a shelter, so adopters need to do research on the breed they are interested in. Many breeds have health issues that may not be detected right away, especially if it is joint or bone related. Karin goes way above and beyond for each and every animal that comes through her rescue. She has been known to help adopters with their own personal dogs to insure they are protected by giving them a vaccine free of charge. When a rescue is non-profit they have to answer to the IRS and trust me, they are watched!! I truly wish there were more rescues out there that care as much as Pibbles and All Paws Rescue do for each and every one of the animals that comes to them. Buyer beware - sells sick dogs. I incurred $1,460 in vet bills in the first six weeks. This "rescue" is a glorified dog seller/flipper in Lacey, WA. They get dogs from shelters in CA, pays to have them transported here, then sells them for $500. Better yet if they can get pregnant dogs - as they specialize in puppies. I highly doubt this is aan authentically 'non-profit' business. read more

They Mosley take puppies and ask a ridiculous amount of money for them then you have to take them to Tacoma so they can get fixed, and go get them and they won't even return your phone call after you paid them I would not recommend them to anyone The owner Karin Is an unemployed woman that makes her living by selling puppies. I love this rescue. They really care about helping animals in unfortunate circumstances find their forever home. We got our dog Max there when he was just a small pup. Now he's almost 3. Karin was wonderful. She asked all kinds of questions about experience, fencing, etc. before we had our meet and greet. She also followed through with everything promised, such as neutering and additional vaccinations. I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm so thankful for Max. We did not have a good feeling about this place. We inquired about a puppy through Petfinder and were set to go and see the puppy when all of a sudden things got weird. My husband was the person in contact with the owner and she texted him, "Also, if it comes to adoption, could we do cash please? Square raised their fees and I'm trying to safe them. We had a pup at the vet today that needs a $500-600 surgery." The cost of the pup was going to be $500. It was odd because the last time Square raised their rates was in Nov. 2019. Why lie about Square raising their fees? The other Really strange and unsettling thing is that after we submitted the inquiry on Petfinder there was no application to fill out and she never asked us any personal questions. For every other dog we have inquired about there is a multi-page application about our living situation (apt./house, yard, fence, etc.), job security, references, future vet for the pup, etc. The only question she asked was if we could pay in cash. We looked into it further and it is a legitimate non-profit in WA. But, after the sketchy text, the lack of questions about the type of home the dog would be going to, and the reviews on Yelp, it reinforced our feeling that this was not a place we should be getting a dog from. Instead, we found our furry little angel at a local humane society for $175 and could not be happier. read more
