They explained that since my existing patio is built with Alumawood, enclosing it with a regular wood frame would not be appropriate. The proper options would be either to remove the existing structure and rebuild it from scratch or use a specialized Alumawood sunroom system. Even though iBuilders Design and Build could not take on my project, I truly appreciate Luis and his team for their transparency, professionalism, and willingness to provide honest guidance upfront. Trevor is one of those business owners that provide quality and value for the price quoted (which was very fair). Not only did he quickly draw up designs to meet our needs, he weighed in respectfully on aesthetic aspects that we needed guidance with. I must point out that Trevor's designs made super-efficient use of our spaces - even some that other competing designs said would be wasted. After we signed the contract with him, Trevor's team came in and did an AMAZING job realizing the designs. The craftsmanship was top notch and the men were professional, punctual and super hardworking. The finished products were a breathtaking improvement to our home. As part of this process, HQR sat down with us to go over our design ideas and created incredibly realistic 3D renderings of the kitchen. We were blown away when we saw the 3D renderings because it gave us the confidence that the kitchen would look just as great as we imagined it would be. The 3D renderings also helped us make some small design revisions to the plan, which we wouldn't have thought to do without the renderings (such as two pendant lights vs. three). All in all, I highly recommend getting these realistic renderings done ahead of time.
