She stripped out my existing layers, left me with a flat, choppy cut and bangs I never asked for, despite months of growing my hair out specifically for this appointment. During the Botox treatment, she left me sitting with heat and chemicals in my hair for an extended period while she stepped away to see another unscheduled customer, which ended up damaging my hair. Afterwards, my hair wasn't even straightened properly until I asked. Any experienced stylist knows that you need to use a straightener after hair Botox treatment. They offered a redo and I took time off work to show up at my scheduled appointment, only to be told in person that it was cancelled because I'd left a bad review on the platform where I booked. Punishing a customer for honest feedback instead of standing behind their work is a new LOW. On top of all that, the salon itself is cramped with a genuinely unpleasant ambiance. Between the botched cut, the hair damage, and being retaliated against for speaking up, I would steer everyone away from this place at ALL costs.
