She didn't review any of the information I had already given the intake nurse, didn't acknowledge the symptoms I came in for, and didn't even mention my high blood pressure. I came in for a possible UTI, and instead of assessing anything properly, she asked one quick question and was practically out the door. I had to stop her myself to bring up my copper IUD and other important details she would've known if she had looked at my chart. Her lack of empathy, attention, and basic professionalism was infuriating. I genuinely don't feel like I was cared for at all. What makes it worse is that I paid $250 for this visit -- and honestly, I could have self-diagnosed and used WISP for a fraction of the cost and received better, more thoughtful care. The only positive part of the visit was the front desk staff and the intake nurse. Everyone else made this experience awful. I won't be returning. There is absolutely no reason a patient with a scheduled appointment should wait an hour with no communication or receive such careless, rushed medical care. I'll be choosing a different urgent care from now on.

Insufficient seating for the million clients coming in and out but we waited in the car. 80's - 90's soft rock plays in the background. It's a clean environment where everyone wears masks. Which is great cause some were there for covid tests and others had preexisting conditions. REGISTRATION/COST Registration available online and via phone but I used paper and a pen. $40 copay with United insurance. SERVICE Slow. We were given a 1 hour wait but it was packed! Actual wait was about 1.5 hours but worth it. Nurse practitioner Tiffani was warm & personable. Dr. Marissa Shaw was compassionate and effective. It was a quick visit but Dr. Shaw gave good advice, treatment, follow up paperwork, referrals and a prescription. Honestly it felt more like a PCP visit than urgent care! Only negatives were the wait time and the fact that Walgreens had no record of the prescription. VERDICT I highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care and particularly Tiffani and Dr. Shaw.

Which might seem long to some people but we also spent 9 hours in the ER of a major hospital on Christmas Eve and never got seen! So this place gets my vote. Also there is free parking out front and you're not navigating a massive and costly parking deck while sick. I really can't think of any negatives, they didn't even bombard us (or anyone for that matter) with paperwork. TLDR: This place is a godsend when you're in a pinch. Dr. Sydney was outstanding.

She then tried to prescribe me a medication that is known to have a severe interaction with medication I already take. She tried to give me a multitude of tests that would take many days to come back. I refused and left. She wasn't happy with me but I didn't feel like she was listening to my issues. The way she was talking to me felt very condescending. FYI: they do not share test results or discuss your symptoms over the phone.
