My daughter had sinus problems her entire life. Always congested, bad breath, just not fun. They started out with basic sinus treatments, allergy treatments, etc. Ultimately they suggested a simple in office procedure. I asked the staff about the complaint here that suggested that they recommend surgeries to make money, etc. They said that, in actual fact, they perform a lower percentage of surgeries to patients seen than the average ENT office nationwide. They were extremely accommodating of my needle phobic daughter. They were able to give her a medication to help relax her and she went through the procedure with no problem whatsoever. They were so kind and loving and Dr. Knight even asked her what kind of music she'd like to listen to during the procedure. By the next day my daughter was already amazed at the difference it made for her. She had that procedure over a year ago and she breathes better than she ever has in her life. No more congestion, no more bad breath. She still has to take her allergy medication, but after the procedure...it actually helps!

On average the wait to get to talk to somebody for making an appointment is 6 people, so minimum…read morehalf hour wait... No matter when you call. Sometimes you can leave your phone number for a callback. I have never been called back. No email, no chat option. deliberately all communication goes through the phone. Stubborn, old fashioned, arrogant and negligent towards people who need sinus care. You can do better than this.

It all went off without a hitch. When my sleep Dr quit taking my insurance, he allowed me to have my inspire device visits at his office until another sleep specialist opened up. In between visits, he would regularly vacuum out my congested sinuses. So grateful for his care.

During the procedure he arbitrarily removed a non-infected critical sinus structure. This caused severe breathing problems for me. When I asked why he removed those structures he said "just to make it easier for him to do the procedure. Making something easier for him caused me to have lifelong severe breathing problems. Now I cannot breathe through my nose and Gerencer has refused to repair the damaged he caused. My life is in total ruins because of Dr Gerencer. He never even mentioned that part of my sinus in consultation. Now I am totally crippled and cannot sleep because I cannot breathe through my nose. How a doctor can cripple a patient without repairing the damage he caused is outrageous. Do not use this doctor!

The only complaint I have is they are not great at sending in prescriptions. Usually this isnt an issue, I just call the clinic and they ship it over to my pharmacy within half an hour. This time was very different. I went there yesterday with an appointment time of 1, for a sore throat. Tested positive for strep, and was told they'd ship over an antibiotic prescription. I was very sick, and went home after the appointment, because I couldnt stay awake. I woke up this morning, and went to my pharmacy just after they opened, about 930am. No prescription. I call the office and am told the practioners are busy, and will get back to me. I call an hour later, same story. I call 2 hours later, same story. I call again around 4:30 in the afternoon, and the lady says she'll look into it and get back to me. It's been almost 20 minutes, and still no call back. Im at my wits end.

Terrible. My son had an appointment on Sunday to get an X-ray. This morning 15 minutes before his rescheduled appointment, they called and said "sorry, but someone called in so you can't have your appointment." So much for urgent care...there was a live roach in the lobby too.. I do not recommend this place.

I needed to get down to the bottom of why I had the allergic reaction, how to not have another one, check my asthma status, thyroid test, etc. They didnt help me whatsoever. It is only today when I went to another allergy dr when I realized the dr at Aspire was substandard and not willing to help whatsoever. I had a terrible experience with this provider who in turn provided me nothing.
