They seem to have a revolving door when it comes to staff other than the provides. The shot room and front desk staff continually changes. I've given up trying to get to know anyone. It's not super important but makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes. I can say I am satisfied with my therapy and it's made a huge difference in my life. PA ordered a pulmonary breathing test, got it done immediately, rescheduled an allergy skin test and follow-up. Skin test and follow-up, paid my co-pay, did the test and talked to the PA about the results. Now I'm being billed an additional co-pay for both those appointments because of the tests done at each. I have never had that happen before. They billed the office visit and tests in a way to collect two separate co-pays for the same appointment.

They were very attentive, comforting, and helpful. I had to do a variety of breathing and skin tests, none of which are particularly pleasant, but the staff made it more bearable. One of the techs is a bit skittish, but I think she is just quiet/shy, and I actually spent quite a lot of time one-on-one with the doctor herself. I would recommend their office to anyone struggling with allergies, especially if you have United Healthcare insurance.
