Both were reasonably priced, delivery was exactly as scheduled and the delivery driver called to let me know he was on the way. The owners are very friendly and at the same time very business-like and treated me with courtesy and respect and listened to what I said regarding what I wanted and did not try to over-sell me. He was professional, courteous, and very accommodating. Decided on a refurbished replacement from their Frankfort location. We determined that Tuesday would be the earliest delivery date. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule. Vince arrived 10 minutes early (yippee!) to deliver the much-larger replacement refrigerator. Not an easy delivery through narrow doorways and tight turns in an older house, but he managed to get it done ... alone!!
