My girlfriends and me, we visit Pickleball Xscape and we have wonderful experiences. There are 11 PBall courts and we can have free play time with new players. There are courts for beginners, intermediate, and advance courts. I get to meet my friends who has Platinum card membership there and it was fun games. All players are good and they play well. When it's raining, you're tired of long queue times, looking for a place with a clean bathrooms, reserved/open play courts, & more level structured play, this is definitely a great place to visit! I played here for a team event recently and while it was spacious, I wasn't a fan of the setup as the walkways were super narrow and it was difficult to navigate around the courts. Also, the courts had no dividers between them so lots of "ball on" moments during competitive matches. Court surface doesn't seem that great compared to other indoor facilities. Also, there are no enough seating areas and I found myself having to scour places to sit (it was a long day and I was there for 5+ hours!) However, staff is super friendly and welcoming so you will get great customer service. If you're in the area, check out this place to get some games in but know that the setup may make your games more challenging to play since there's no separation between the courts. read more

I think all the outside heat and the body heat all get trapped in, even though large fans are running and garage doors are open for ventilation. I hope they use A/C for hot days, though that may be costly... - Because of the intense indoor heat, I was downing lots of fluids, bottle after bottle. My wallet wasn't happy, but gotta do what I gotta do to keep my game up. B-) + They also have a separate room for kids to safely play while their parents pickle each other. . Free cold water may or may not be available inside this facility. Ask the staff. - Only one restroom. - Only two courts are open-play. Almost all the rest are prioritized for reservation. . Pickleball Escape is such a fun indoor place to test your skills, get a great workout, and meet new people! The staff here are super helpful and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. The facility is very clean and well kept. My only wish is that they had AC, but they do have plenty of fans to keep air moving. I've only been playing pickleball for 8 days and already find myself playing 3-5 hours at a time--it's that addicting and fun! My party of players came in at 3:00-3:30pm on a Sunday and we were uninformed about a scheduled event, every single one of my party payed the full open play price of $20. We were well into playing yet we found out about the closing at 5:00PM through WORD OF MOUTH VIA OTHER PLAYERS. We came out and asked the staff about it and they stated that the first two of our party came in and were notified of the event. We were only asked if we were there for open or reserved play. We spent nearly 30 MINUTES purchasing a Luzz Pro-4 Inferno paddle and in the time two staff had ample time to assist us and inform us of the closure yet neither did. When mediating with the front staff they only offered us 1/2 store credit FOR OUR ENTIRE PARTY OF 6 because the staff which originally assisted us was called and claimed that she'd told us about the event. OF COURSE SHE WOULD SAY SHE TOLD US OR ELSE SHE'D GET IN TROUBLE. Thank you very much Pickleball Xscape! TLDR: At Pickle Xscape even after you spend $300+ as a party you get half store credit back because your word comes second as a customer! read more

Very Disappointing Experience with the Owner and Poor Facility Management We have been playing at this court for almost two months, and today we had the worst experience ever with the owner. We will never come back again. We always follow the rules and check in before entering. Sometimes the gate is closed, sometimes it's open. My husband and I usually come together. Today, we entered at the same time, and I stayed at the front desk to check in for both of us. While I was spelling my name for the staff (because they couldn't spell it correctly), my husband slightly opened the gate just to see which court our friends were on. He did not go past the front desk area -- he was just waiting for me to finish checking in. At that moment, the owner saw him open the door and very rudely told him to stop. My husband politely explained that he knew the rules and was only waiting at the door. The owner was very unfriendly and acted as if we were breaking a serious rule. Even after I finished checking in properly, my husband asked, "Can I go in now?" and the owner didn't even respond. Later, when we were about to enter the court, the owner called our friend (who pays for the membership) and said that if we showed this kind of "attitude," we wouldn't be allowed to play there anymore. We were shocked by how rude and disrespectful he was, especially to returning customers who have played here many times. We decided to leave immediately. Another major inconvenience is the court setup itself. There are no nets separating each court, so balls constantly roll over from one court to another, and players have to stop and pick them up. It's very distracting and unsafe. On top of that, even after paying for a court, staff have asked us to move to another court in the middle of a game just to "save electricity" when other players have left. That is extremely unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. We believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and that a paid facility should be managed more professionally than this. read more

I'm so glad this place opened near my house. This is the largest indoor pickleball court I've ever been to. It is such a family friendly place. They have claw machines and a party room that you can rent out. I'm definitely gonna be throwing my next birthday party here. Love all the facilities this place includes.
