I've been using this laundromat for ten years. It was once a highly efficient and immaculate laundromat owned by a caring Korean couple. At some point, maybe in the past 7 years, new management came in and has allowed this laundromat to fall into a disarray. Many of the machines are out of service. It's no longer kept at optimal cleanliness. The dryers require more quarters to dry clothes. There's no longer a clock and now the televisions are usually off. Time to find a new laundromat. Dirty. Broken machine more than half do not work. Crack heads kick it in front of this place.

I go here because it's close and quiet. However, it seems like the owner goes up on the prices of the machines every couple of weeks. When I first started using this laundromat about a year ago, regular size machines were $3.50 to use and it stayed that way for a while. Then it went to $4, to $4.50, to $5 and now $5.75. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for parents who are doing multiple loads to even afford this regularly. The woman who works there is nice and quiet. But the machines aren't even clean, nor is the business itself that fantastic to be charging this much. read more

Yelp is dead wrong regarding the amenities. There is no Wi-Fi. They do not accept Apple Pay. They do not accept credit cards. There is an atm to get cash for a fee. The machine is quarter's only. 30% of the machines are out of order. It is $3.75 to wash. It is $0.25 to dry. They do have a laundry service that costs $1.25 per pound that you pay before the service is completed. I don't know how long it gives you on the dryer as I won't be using them. My washer met Jesus today mid wash. My dryer still works. I'll be using my own dryer. The place is a bit broke off. Meaning run down. I would not leave the washer or dryer while the cycle is running as you may not have everything still there when you get back. The place reeks of cigarettes wafting in from outside. The doors are open as I'm sure it would be hot and muggy if they closed them. It feels slightly muggy as I stand here WITH their doors open. This is the closest to my house. It's is the most convenient In location. I may consider looking for another that is somewhat close but not so run down. This place could use a makeover. read more

This place in the hood. The girl that works during the day is amazing. She is one hard worker. Whomever hired her should give her a raise. As for the place it self, she keeps it really clean. Now here's the bad part, the clientele is sketchy. I was harassed by a homeless guy and had to call the police cause he was aggressive. AND someone stole some of my clothes. That was the worst of it, the stolen clothes. Update: The owner was so nice, he reached out to me to reimburse me for my clothes. I really appreciated him reaching out and doing the right thing. This could be a great laundry mat. It's well lit. It takes the app. Pay range so you don't have to use quarters or cards. It's clean. Not super busy. There's a domino's pizza next door. However the lady and her husband running it.. I asked her if she was the owner .. she hesitated.. I don't think she is.. actually she's better then the older guy. The older guy is not helpful at all and talks " at " you. Anyway .. as soon as we walked in .. they wanted to make sure that we didn't overload the machine. We hadn't even finished unloading the car yet. Then tells me that they were going to close at 8:15 I pointed to the sign .. that said they close at 9:00 pm She went on a diatribe about how she wasn't going to sleep there etc. I don't know.. laundry is enough of a chore.. to be nagged at .. Okay umm this Laundromat is definitely sketchy. Lot of weirdos hanging around and people doing illegal activities. I proceeded to wash my comforters, utlizing the commercial washers. They were well kept and so were the dryers. They also have service so you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you! The dryers dry very efficiently. It was almost closing and the laundromat itself needed some cleaning up. There was trash and dirt everywhere. I sanitized everything myself with the wipes I brought along. I can't say I'll be returning anytime soon this would definitely be a last resort. read more

I really do like coming to this place. Its big, and bright and roomy. However, most of the machines are broken. There are probably 20 machines that do not work, which make it difficult when it gets busy and are limited to a few machines. The carts to transport our clothes are falling apart. The workers are amazing here. They are helpful and informative. I like coming here but have lately been going to a different one for the lack or running machines at this place. I've seen the owner a few times. Seems like he's just there to collect money and not fix the machines. read more

The lady that was cleaning the laundry didn't let me come in because it was 7:30 already . According to the sign they close at 9 o'clock . She had locked the doors already and told me I wasn't allowed to come in . It got me mad at the moment but it is what it is . This place is really packed. Not enough carts, had to literally hold my clothes in my arms and wait for a dryer. Not sure what everyone else seen, this place is pretty gross. Not clean at all. I gave it a three star because of 2 things-- great hours, and it's fairly cheap. This will be my first and only visit here. Here's a pic of a crackhead who sat by my son and I. I really do like this laundromat. However there is one girl who works in the morning who sometimes doesn't wear her mask or doesn't wear it correctly. Also she allows people who don't have a mask to come in and wash. Just this morning I saw three people inside washing without a mask. Two men and one woman. We're in a pandemic. Stop allowing customers who refuse to comply with the mask mandate to come in and put the rest of us in danger. read more

Came here because I needed to wash before work and it's very close by. Here's the rundown: Looks like a fairly new place; great vibrant colors. Parking is pretty abundant. I hate parking that doesn't give you room to move. Vending machines with snacks and laundry necessities and games. Fluff and fold service...those prices are pretty good. .85 for a lbs I believe. Opens at 6am!!! This was the best part for me, as I start work at 9. The only two things I didn't particularly like is that one of the staff members didn't seem to be as friendly as another one was. I know it's early, but if you're going to help me, I'd prefer not to feel like there's an attitude. Also, the smallest washer they have is 30lbs for $3.00. Man has this place gone downhill!! I am currently sitting here in the laundromat looking at broken machines,dryers that don't work, and now both the coin machines are out. I know it's a laundromat, but it's insanely dirty ( floors and counters are caked with black gunk everywhere!) and no one seems to know what's going on. I'm not sure if it has been taken over by new owners but this is one of the worst laundromats in the area. Time to start looking for a new place to do laundry I appreciate the response, but the situations I described have been going on for awhile. I assume there is a new owner (?), as the last owner was on the premises often and the place was well taken care of.Rarely was a machine not working and the machines were kept very clean. Currently many of your machines have a mildew smell, or they don't work at all. We have been using the laundromat for about two years with very little complaints until now. For now will be looking for a new laundromat, but will check back in a month or so to see if there's any improvement. read more

I have been using their fluff and fold service for nearly four years! Clean, efficient service with no issues! It's worth the half hour drive! Well, it was service as specified. I took advantage of their wash and fold service. It was $1.00 per pound. Upon entering the well lighted and clean establishment, I got the young ladies attention and she came to assist me. She took my hampers to the office to weigh them. I wish the scale was out in the open so I could see. She said I had 38 lbs, I took her word for it but I would have liked to see for myself. Also, it is cash only. I wish they accepted alternate forms of payment. I do not like carrying cash. She said it was not busy so my clothes would be ready by 8:00 pm. I was dropping them off at 7:30 am. So I decided to pick them up the next day. They were nicely folded and packed in a clear plastic bag. I had no issues with how the clothes were washed and folded. read more

This laundrymat has clean machines (I've gone to a few where mystery stains/sludge appear after washing which means they don't clean the washers) and there's always an employee present in case anything happens. I sometimes see a machine or dryer out of service but quickly gets repaired. The 30 lbs washer is $3/a wash, 40 lbs for $3.75, 60 lbs is $5.25/a wash, 80 lbs for $6.75/a wash. Drying is 12 mins for $0.25 and a larger one for 8 mins. The parking lot is shared with Domino's and a small grocery/convenience store but there's usually parking most of the time. The best time to wash is early on the mornings or towards the evening after 7 p.m. They also offer free WiFi, just ask an employee and they'll gladly type it in for you. Totally makes laundry day easier and more entertaining. read more

Awful customer service. Their machines takes the payment via App Pay range. However, it was not working. I asked for help however the associate told me with attitude that she isn't a mechanic. And try again. I tried again as she told me, and got charged again but not working. Now that, I lost money. I asked for refunds, but she said no. She Cleary sees that machine doesn't working, but she said I don't refund. I asked for owner or manager contact, but she said she doesn't know. It was not about refunds, there was zero customer service. Do not go there. Also they never open till the business hour, and the associate always wants to leave early and closes the door early than they post the business hour. read more

THIS is the laundry facility currently at this address, not "Coinless" or whatever. They are open early-late, all the machines were in operation when I went in there today, and it is one of the cleanest, brightest, least dingy-feeling lavanderias I have ever been in. The wifi is quick and snappy, at least when there aren't a lot of people on it. I didn't see any broken machines, they don't play the music too loud, and the attendant was real nice. This place is so inconsistent with their business hours. There are days where I pass by and see they are open by 6 AM as its on the business hours. Then there is days like today where it's not opened and it's 6:35 AM. I have been using the fluff and fold service for the last four years. It was $1/pound. Very economical and the staff always did a good job. However, the price has recently jumped to $1.50/pound ($2/pound if you must have it back the same day). I've been in LA for over 5 years, I lived 30 miles outside of Lafayette previously & since I've moved into smaller living spaces w/no home washer this the best alternative. The Personnel folding staff really make it easy so I can call in & check on my orders so I can see when laundry is finished.
