They checked my ID, handed it back, and then had me waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes with no direction. I even tried opening the door, but nothing. No one told me what to do. I ended up just standing there confused until I saw someone else come in--and that's when I decided I was done.

Maybe the problem is the staff? Maybe the problem is the Management, which makes the job not enjoyable for the staff? Maybe the problem is the owners?
