My wife wanted a sweet treat to beat the heat, and ended up with a fro-yo combo of mango, coconut, and assorted toppings, all for less than $6, which is a pretty good deal, as far as I'm concerned. My only complaints about the experience would be the large number of empty or out-of-order flavors (at least five), and the generally aloof and ambivalent staff, who could barely be bothered to interact with anyone on a meaningful level. read more

Nothing special about this frozen yoghurt shop. All is you expect - delicious frozen treats and a good selections of toppings. They are really fast in filling up their toppings and are helpful in explaining if there are items you don't identify yourself (for example the bubba flavor in those pearls). Decent frozen yogurt place. I've never heard of this place before. I believe it used to be a Menchi's?! We came in around 6 on a Tuesday night. Not too busy. They have many frozen yogurt flavors and swirls to choose from. They have a decent amount of toppings, but not as many as Menchi's. Customer service is average. Not too friendly or happy to be working. She just weighed our yogurt and gave us a receipt. Not even a smile. Seems like the norm nowadays. The frozen yogurt was pretty good, and the place seemed sanitary and clean, but the bubble tea was super chalky and the honey boba was overcooked, the bubble tea was absolutely terrible, would not recommend. The customer service was okay at best, the cashier was way too friendly, and talked way too much about their personal life, not to mention the fact that they asked way too personal of questions. read more

We've been coming here for years and the upkeep has seriously gone down. Smelled badly like a bad bar, the machines looked dirty and could use a good disinfecting. The bathroom could use a good cleaning. The fro yo is good but the place isn't as pleasant to visit. read more

The staff was very kind and gave recommendations that I found helpful. We had a blended honeydew boba tea that came out very watery and not creamy and the tapioca balls were tough. We found our new favorite fro-yo place!! And it's in the same location as our last favorite fro-yo place!! After Yo Cream closed the Cascade location we were pretty bummed out, as we were forced to embark on a grueling quest to find a decent frozen yogurt pusher we could rely on. No dice! Every joint we checked out had something wrong with it, ranging from lackluster toppings to creepy proprietors to disgusting filth (Lloyd Center FYI). Thank god for EZ Freezy!!! The space is bright and fun (and clean) and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. Most notable was the fact that they stocked 13 flavors at once. THIRTEEN!!! This is unprecedented. In all of our fro-yo travels we've never seen this achievement. Bravo EZ Freezy!!! read more

Bribed the kids with ice cream while we were across the river. Really wanted salt and straw but didn't want to stand in the cold so we thought we would try the closest place to us. Hubby isn't a fan of frozen yogurt so he couldn't give the best opinion. Kids love all the topping choices. Wifey is a huge fan of cookie dough and ice creams never have enough. So a cake batter base and all the cookie dough she could possibly want was a #win. 12 flavors on tap with milkshake/smoothie/ cone options. OMG this is the WORST! The bubble tea had chunks of powder in it. It was course, chalky and disgusting. The boba had no sweetness at all to it. So gross. Went in looked like a decent place, I got a lychee boba and it tasted like soap, so I asked for a remake and got raspberry.... they said do you like raspberry I said yes and she said "what one more time", I said yes again and she said okay and turned to her friend and started to whisper and laugh. We saw her locking the back door but were not worried because we looked at our phones for the time, then walked around to the front and she locked it with us standing right there. Bad form!
