When I messaged Saleta, she was so quick to respond, she understood my being nervous, and she was so excited to work with us for my daughter's special day. I asked her to stop talking to me, as it was interrupting & ruining my son's photos, Kimberly was taking. Kimberly ended up verbally attacking me too, to stick up for her friend, she then stated the man in charge and here had been doing this 35 years & could care less. She even wrote her last name down. The man was soft spoken & apologized for their behavior which needed training. The ladies were confident nothing was going to happen to them for their lack of customer service. I did offer him to see my phone & he did admit that Amanda was wrong especially, about the patents. I have various aged children- I will NEVER buy another photo- which are always imo less than in quality (as most of their "photographers" truly don't care) and destroyed in transit or bent in my mailbox- they don't care about customer service here. Not worth the money or frustration. Pay a real photographer & take really cool pictures inside or outside wherever you want.

Wish I could give a zero star rating!…read more Do not work with Sarah Anne Photography. She is highly unprofessional and there are so many wonderful photographers in Fort Worth. Horrible customer service. I had problems with her communication from the beginning. I had engagement pictures taken on April 2nd and was promised proofs within the week as I was only getting 75 pictures. After multiple attempts to get a hold of her they were finally put up. I told her to just put them on a disc and then send them to me as I wanted to use some for our wedding showers in May. A week before the wedding showers they finally arrived, when asked what took so long I was given excuses instead of answers. I should have taken this as a sign, but I am a trusting person. Our wedding was on June 11, 2011 and after the wedding I sent her a thank you telling her how excited I was to see the pictures and she said she would once again have the proofs up online by the end of the month. That was the last I heard from her. After hundreds of unreturned phone calls and e-mails, I finally had to show up at her house (on December 27, 2011) to get the pictures. She had the audacity to say that "she accepted full responsibility for what happened", well NO DUH!!! I actually took offense to this statement as it was all she had to say! We left with a disc of pictures, THANKFULLY, but upon further inspection close to half were overlit or people were in the dark. She also left our wedding before we made our exit (even though we left before her booking time was up), and I suspected this; however it wasn't until I got the pictures and have ZERO from our exit that my suspicions were confirmed. I have never been so disappointed with someone in my life!!! I only hope no one else falls prey to her, and sees her for what she is...an unprofessional, uncaring and untrustworthy person to work with.

I had my photos done in December, 2010 and I STILL have not yet received my album that was supposed to be a gift!! Very unprofessional, and of course all fees were due upfront so I am out 200.00. I have contacted Sarah directly via email and phone calls every month since March with no return correspondence! I filed a complaint with the BBB, as did 6 other people. I hope she gets shut down completely so that other people do not have to go through this disappointment, inconvenience, and financial burden.
