My entire family (self, wife and 2 boys) get their hair done @54. The owner is a class act businessman striving to provide a quality service to our community. The hair gallery is clean, stylish, and upbeat. I always receive positive remarks on my haircuts. Finally, the most unique and distinct feature about this establishment is the "finishing touch", they always use the best quality products, such Moroccan oil and tend skin. Highly recommend!

Who ever wrote the mission for this salon has never had their hair done there. I went today to give it a 2nd try Not only my was stylist an hour late just ARRIVING to the salon, she never apologized then slopped my hair together just to get me out of the chair. When she spun me around towards the mirror, I couldn't believe what I was seeing I asked her to make some adjustments and she really wasn't equipped to do anymore than she did..A Mess! The first time I went, I walked in the door and the stylist couldn't get off their cell phones long enough to ask me if they could help ZERO Customer Service. The stylist doing my hair didn't introduce herself; she just told me to sit at the wash bowl. She still hadn't spoken to me, never asked anything about my hair or anything at all. Once I got back to her chair. I explained that normally when I go to a new salon, the stylist talks to me, finds out how I wear my hair, which products I currently use and the basic hair/scalp related questions. She apologized and even thought she did just an OK job with my hair, I decided to go back. What a HUGE mistake?! I have a certain expectation when I go to a salon. I don't want to hear the TV over the radio over lady talking stylists and clients. The hair salon should offer a relaxing, enjoyable experience, with great customer service and highly trained stylist (like their website says) When clients leave, they should feel refreshed and excited about their new hair style; even if it's the same style they've been wearing for 20 years . There are too many stylists in this area for POOR customer service, SHODDY work and prices that far exceed the work provided Never again!

Went to the barbershop this morning for the first time in about 20 years My Wife suggested I go to…read morethe barbershop to get my beard professionally shaped up in preparation for my new gig. I have been cutting and shaving my beard for as long as I can remember but always wanted to get a professional cut. My barber's name is "Strong" and he was great. The shop was clean, he wore his mask the entire time and no one can wait in the sitting area as per the regulations. He used multiple trimmers and then finished with a straight blade as I use and it added that little extra touch to finish off the shape up. The entire process was smooth. I called a few days before to ask about coming in. They suggested I set an appointment and I made it for 9am. Strong was early and I entered the shop at 9:01am. If I decide to get my beard shaped up professionally again I would go back. The barber gave me his direct number so I can make an appointment with him easily.

She also got me in and out in about two hours, color, cut and style on natural hair (straight bob). I loved the end product! Almost two weeks later and it still looks great!
