When I got no response, I left numerous messages and finally received an email from his assistant indicating " they were cut from two different slabs, but the same lot, even though the color of the stone is not consistent on all of it. Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed. The stone is like that." Not a believable explanation at all. I went to the store a week ago to talk with Florian but he was out. His assistant promised me he would call. No calls from Florian. - Poor workmanship in matching the colors/shading at the seam. - Horrible customer response after installation. They should've refunded the client at the time error was reported instead of making the client wait for the money to be returned back to them. And instead of making the client have to prove it was their error, which they still don't believe, they should've come to see it for themselves and pick up the part. They were also late for appointments, making the client have to wait.

His prices/quotes are obscenely high - he quoted me $3,448 for a stairway, accent wall, and half a living room wall. 2. He is very unprofessional, and we got into a back-and-forth argument because I wanted a comprehensive breakdown of prices. 3. He refused to provide a breakdown of materials, parts, and labor costs, which I repeatedly requested. 4. He sent me an email quote. For the prices he charges, company stationery would look more presentable and professional. I would not recommend this company because JD is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills.

We arranged for him to come out and see the deck to discuss a project plan. He was knowledgeable and candid about what options would work best and why, taking care to clearly explain everything. After receiving several other quotes, his was the most reasonable. As we planned for the project start, José kept in close contact about his availability. The team ended up able to start and finish the work earlier than expected. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of work that went into making my deck look good as new. Two by Four owner I'm guessing Gary emailed me and said they would swing by and take a look and quoted me the price and a time frame they would arrive between 730-8 and they were right in time!!!!! I also appreciate that they didn't give me a four hour window. The guys were professional and courteous and the cost was $225. But I did check around and that seems to be within ranges. I had three estimates for the painting of my downstairs and hallway in my condo. I chose this…read morecompany based on the lower price I was given and the family atmosphere that I am comfortable with. Plus: They were fast, and were always in communication with me over what I needed done originally and when they had to return for some touch ups. Like I said above, the price was much lower than the competition and their scheduling fit my work schedule. Minus: This is where I hit some issues... 1. They were a bit sloppy with the clean up. The three times they were out to do the work, cleanup towels were left behind on the floor and general trash was left behind that I had to pick up (drink cans). These are big issues, but it's nice to come home after work is done and see a clean living space. 2. Originally they were to make repairs to the drywall, but on both occasions for the original work and the follow up these were not made. There were two spots that were to be addressed and even after I asked them to come back and make the repairs, they did not do so. 3. There were a few spots with paint "glob marks" and it is very obvious that it was done haphazardly when applied. More importantly, on my wall there is a small utility box and the way the paint was applied will force me to do it all over. It looks as if someone went around the box with a brush and let it dry, then painted around that area. You can see the different paint color and finish from across the room and is something that is very distracting to the eye. 4. I asked them to come back and make a few of the corrections, but for the most part the issues I wanted addressed were never done so. I even put tape on the places that needed to be redone and when I returned, the tape was still there and nothing was actually done. I would use this company again, but only because of the price. The work they did was great, but when you do some investigative work and look up close, you can see the problems. Some of the cosmetic issues are just that, cosmetic, but I know that someone who is more critical than I am would have never allowed these issues to remain. Note: I will upload pictures when I return home.
