They were in constant contact to ensure that the template for the 4x6 photo was good as well as the backgroud for the pictures. We opted for an open booth concept and I'm glad we did. They arrived early to set up and was very accomodating when I had to ask them if they could quickly set up the projector and screen so that I can project a video montage. All our guests took advantage of the photo booth and the props they brought and what was surprising was that not only they brought what I perceive as standard props, but props that were related to the party theme, Alice in Wonderland. The equipment was easy to use and had the option of texting it to your phone or email. At the end they gave us a CD Rom with all the pictures that were taken. Pictures by themselves as well as what was printed out. The staff that ran the booth was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend South Bay Snaps.
