Yes, there have been a couple of times when it has been "off" somewhat. Those times have been when it is very crowded and they do seem a bit overwhelmed. I also regularly visit Deja Brew, a really great coffee/espresso shop and Tony's NY Pizza for really delicious pizza! Other businesses I frequent occasionally include the Lion & Bull Restaurant, the VA ABC Store, and The UPS Store.

I went in to return an expensive package of Adidas socks that were not comfortable and did not fit…read morebased on the size chart. They told me I could not return them as the package had been opened, so after I left I checked their policy online, and you can in fact return open packages of socks, as long as they do not show signs of wear and you have the original opened packaging. Something odd is going on with this store's hiring practices - i.e. management. The pattern is hard to ignore and raises obvious questions about management's motive. The bigger issue is that customer service appears to be an alien concept to the staff and management. On one pickup, an employee whose background shall not be named, immediately pushed for a review. Apparently, earning five stars is optional; asking for them isn't. If you're in the store, customer service starts with pretending you don't exist.
