Thomas at the front desk was very friendly, professional and helpful when arriving. We then met a very friendly face who took my dad for breathing tests and X-rays. She was wonderful! Rebecca, Dr Graham's nurse, was very attentive and thoughtful and thorough. She had already gone over dad's records even though we just brought them that visit. Dr. Graham also was up to speed on his records upon entering the appointment. He spent a lot of time talking to dad about his history and his recommendations for dad. He was encouraging while still preserving my dad's pride! This office and all personnel were professional and wonderful! It's always hard to find a new doctor when you move to a new state and this was refreshing and easy! He will be well taken care of here!

She always made sure to sit and discuss results and options for a difficult issue I was having . She really keeps up on upcoming treatments and drug therapy. One time I had to call there four times to reach somebody. I am now trying to reach her for a refill on my medication. The receptionists are nice, but that is far as it goes. They say, I will send a note back to the nurse yada yada yada. You can send all the notes back to the nurse and they still do not call me. That is a very unprofessional way to treat a patient. I know they are busy with other patients, but surely there is 10 minutes out of the nurse's schedule where she could just call me back.

He reviewed results, smartly & easily discussed results & listened to me with a great and open dialog. Made sure I knew he was available for me as needed. The location is easy to find. Lots of parking. Clean and open sitting area...wonderful!!! So, conclusion: highly recommend the facility & its quality staff. This was my first time visit. Don't expect to return. Upon arrival I was told the parent had to be present. I was sent an email and message with links to Klara which was impossible to navigate. After picking the child up from school nothing was accomplished. Very incompetent. The care might be good if you get past the front door.

The nurse at this location was also just a pleasure knowledge and helpful. THEN there was discrepancy on My account which actually started the first visit because their system was messed and it wasn't showing if your debit card went thru it was running debit card. The girl in billing treated me like I'm stupid worthless and just like I'm dirt I have never had anybody talk to me or treat me the way she has over $40 $40 that I did not owe if she would have just listened but she does not listen she does not care. She does not see that there's one chance that she is wrong. It was just horrible the way she treated me. I also tried to tell her my secondary insurance has never been filed but she just kept right on talking over me . I paid her the extra 40,00 just so I would never have to be treated that way again.
