I'm not a huge fan of malls but based off of the way Noah answered the phone, I decided to go in. He greeted me with such enthusiasm that it immediately made me smile. I asked him what the best entrance was to get inside the store and he told me his favorite way and even gave me directions from a parking garage just in case it was raining. He was kind and silly. I loved every second of his phone presentation. So my main reason for going into the store was to return some items that I had ordered online because I didn't really like the scent of them. I was greeted immediately by the manager (Margaret) who was extremely patient, kind, and genuine. I can honestly say that I have never had an experience like the one that I had at this store yesterday. They let me pick out new items and then also showed me some more items that I might like. The other associate, Kayla, helped me find some items that I might like and got me super excited about the sale. I came in to exchange items and left with so much more. The enthusiasm and genuine kindness these three people showed me left me feeling so happy. I told them that I would be leaving reviews online and filling out whatever survey I possibly can for them. They went above and beyond any expectation I possibly could have had. I also will not be purchasing Yankee Candle online unless I have to ship an item to someone and it will be easier that way. Harriet eventually accepted a part time job in the store and when the owner retired Rachel purchased it Lifestyles Giftware carries items for men, women, children, and pets. You can pick up that perfect birthday, anniversary, or wedding gift. Don't show up empty handed for the hostess or just treat yourself. Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few.
