I came to Crate & Barrel at Town Center at Boca Raton to see if they had any spice jars. It was my first time entering this business. This spacious, two-floor store offers a wide selection of home furniture, kitchen & dining items, home decor, and many accessories. Prices range from moderate to expensive, and discounts can be found on selective items. With the assistance of an employee, I was able to find some spice jars; some were sold individually and others as a set. The showroom reminds me of an elegant farmhouse theme with black & bone colors throughout. The extreme colorful flower display on the first floor near the escalator sets the tone for the rest of my visit. On the top floor we found a few original wood style coffee tables, buffet tables and a nice tv console. BOTH My wife and I recently furnished our home with CnB using the credit card point system THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of dollars purchase which we thought was a good deal, After months gone by now, still various items are missing from the order, I have paid off one of the CC entirely that should release couple thousand dollars in reward. Come to find out only one of us could use the reward, the reward expires soon, AND when we go to apply the reward dollars they wont apply. None of the associates know whats going on, nobody can answer why I cant check out with my thousands of dollars in reward to buy a stinking coffee table!! Be cautious with these sellers and their system, it seems like a one way deal. The rewards are useless. read more

Stopped here a bit ago to add stuff to our registry and let me say everyone that works here is so friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to set ups for kitchen tables and so many other things. The staff helped take out plate and napkins and would even place them on various tables to show us what it may look like when we have our own set at the house. The prices for some stuff is rather expensive and you can find a better price for them online because there is always sales on their website (told by the workers themselves). They have almost everything you can think of when it comes to kitchen and living rooms and basically any other room. They have some real nice knife sets and pots and pan sets as well. Prices are rather high but you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to crate and barrel so I'll allow it. Overall a nice location with over the top friendly staff. Definitely will be buying more stuff here again in the future! read more

Crate and Barrell is great for many things but I caution you if buying furniture. The quality isn't great. I bough an expensive couch and it came in imperfect. While they tried to fix it, it took about 4-5 deliveries over 7 months, and they still couldn't get it right. The replacement cushions kept coming in dirty and the cushions lumpy, You could see the stuffing underneath the fabric. I finally decided to take a discount instead of spending more months hoping the quality of the manufacturing would improve. read more

They are following Covid regulations so that's good. In fact there is sanitizer near the escalator and they ask you to space yourself 3 steps apart! They have a nice choice of furniture for the home and other assorted items. We were looking at the headboards for my daughter's room but didn't find anything. It's fun to look around as well. I've always liked Crate & Barrel. This location is one of the best with customer service. As soon as you walk in and want something specific, they assist you right away with walking you to the area the product is in. So one of my really good friends recently got married in November. And she needed to get a few more things for her new house, and we shopped and looked at the options here. It's a multilevel store and has a ton of inventory. I like their online offerings as well, but in store you can tell the finishing of products a lot more. I love the clean/sleek silhouette of dinnerware and serving dishes etc. They also have furniture (sofas, tables, chairs etc)for home in this location. I went to Crate and Barrel in Boca (an hour drive for me) after purchasing a new couch from there a few months ago (which is still yet to be delivered- as expected). I was hoping an associate would help me find a rug to go with the couch. The person helping me (Cindy) was not helpful at all. She seemed bothered by my questions and actually advised me to come a another day and to not buy a rug. She didn't give any suggestions, and no advice when I asked for it - just simply "No just come back when you know what you want". Totally blew me off. She was awful to work with, unhelpful and she lied about my order which ultimately caused it to take a two extra weeks to receive my items - for no reason. I enjoy browsing and shopping at this store because of the unique selection they have. They're always changing their products and I like that. It keeps things exciting when you browse the store. I was looking for a container to hold purses and found several nice ones to choose from. This is great because I looked another stores and could not even find one that I liked. It seems like they have something for every room in your home. Even the outdoors. Their employees are really experts in their field and are ready to help. I was also impressed because I bought a set of dishes here several years ago but one of them chipped recently. I was able to buy just one dish and replace the one that was damaged at home. I went to Crate and Barrel on a small mission to purchase a marble rolling pin that turned out to be a great purchase at a great price...$20. But that is not why I am writing, although I would recommend the rolling pin. Used it today for a pie crust. The staff at the store are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. They offered to hold my heavy package while I shopped at the mall. Special thanks to Marian in the furniture department. Jennifer proceeded to walk around the store despite Dean ( a very polite employee) calling for her numerous times. I came here with my fiancé to setup our wedding registry. Truthfully I was running on low sleep & was a bit grumpy that day. We had a wonderful store associate named Chrissy introduce herself & walked us through EVERYTHING we might need to know about a wedding registry. I wasa bit standoff ish at first and Chrissy was honestly amazing at keeping her composure & still going through everything while keeping me on board. By the end of the day I felt alot better & was relieved Chrissy was able to help us find everything we needed while also listening to what we wanted & showing us what applied to us instead of simply trying to upsell. Hi, I was shopping in your crate and barrel store in Boca town center on 12/23 2023. I was greeted by a person named Paula and she was showing me rugs and paintings for my home. She was very polite and very knowledgeable. All of a sudden two children come running by jumps on a bed and almost falls off, Paula turns around and asked the child to please not jump on the beds. I looked around for the mother who was 20 yards away looking at sheets, not watching or being a parent to the children leaving them on supervised. I continued shopping and was checking out when the mother of these two children comes over And rudely interrupts my transaction to tell Paula her dissatisfaction of her, for correcting her children. Paula said to the woman that I wanted to make sure your child was safe as he almost fell off the bed, which in my eyes was the truth as I was watching. Instead of apologizing to your sales person For making sure her children were safe The mother started threatening Paula with a bad review on yelp and Your website. It's sad when a bad parent takes out their anger on others for them not doing their job as a parent. I just wanted to go on record as I witnessed the whole incident. This woman was rude, obnoxious and obviously a bad parent. I generally like Crate & Barrel for the extensive line of housewares and small appliances. C&B prices are a little steep but it's the old adage: you get what you pay for. I came in to return, for a store credit, a Baby Shower Registry gift and the sales associate automatically returned the "gift" back to the purchasers form of payment. When I asked after she passed me the receipt - "Why did this go back to a credit card? This is a gift as shown on the gift receipt I provided" - all she could say was "there's nothing we can do now, you'll just have to call the person who gave you this gift and let them know. This has happened before and there's nothing we can do." I've worked in Retail for 20 years and this response was completely unaccountable & the lack awareness of the fact that this was a gift from a registry I created on your website blew me away. I no longer have the "gift" I was given. And furthermore, the manager on duty, whose name I will leave out of this review, promised we would receive a call from the Store Manager the next day & I have yet to receive a phone call. It has been over a WEEK. Again, I no longer have the gift that was sent to us. Horrible customer service and what's worse was the lack of follow through by management. What a mess. The staff openly verbalized their dismay with the lack of adequate management staffing. You can wait 20 minutes for a manager to show up to assist. Their computer system as it interacts with your transactions and history is antiquated and the overall purchasing experience here is "glitchy". Adventure is a better option if you're purchasing something other than a napkin. I buy a lot often for business purposes. I will not return here. These folks need time to reflect. And to C&B corporate- you need 2 managers on staff at ALL times anytime your doors are open. The lack of is problematic. Get it together folks. Nothing is forever. read more

Don't buy furniture from crate and barrel. We recently purchased our first and last piece of furniture from crate & barrel boca and quite frankly it has been the worst furniture buying experience of our lives. Table came scratched, 4 chairs had to come in two separate shipments, showed up to pick up first shipment of chairs when their website said they would be in and the store acted like I was crazy for coming in because "they don't get shipments in Tuesday...." why would your corporate website say Tuesday then? @management - your furniture is just not nice enough to deal with all the hassle it has been. We recently moved to Florida after spending $2500 on a kitchen table and after this horrible crate & barrel buying experience we were happy to spend 5 times as much elsewhere at a customer service oriented furniture store like arhaus.com. This is simply an awesome Crate and Barrel, through and through. It's in a convenient location and is attached to the mall. (That is to say, you can walk straight into it from the mall itself. Some locations are on mall property, but you have to walk outside of the mall to get there. So, this is perfect for the lazy guy that I am). I can't afford most of the stuff in this place, but if there is a sale going on, you can get some really good deals! I have to say that that the customer service here is PHENOMENAL. I had some stuff in my hands (I didn't get a basket since I didn't think I'd be getting anything!) and an associate offered to hold it for me/get a basket. Every department I went I was asked if I needed help. Checkout also was fast and friendly (you can even get your receipt emailed to you -- how technologically savvy and eco-friendly!) Let's recap: 1.
