Well......it's been an hour since I ordered. They are not that busy for a Saturday at almost 8pm. First of all, I had to ask for utensils and sauce. The flounder and shrimp were good. I should note that atleast half the menu was unavailable. I am assuming do to a slump in business. The shrimp are cleaned good and both the shrimp and fish are cooked perfectly. Pier 34 was extremely welcoming the moment we stepped inside. We had the option of upstairs or downstairs. We were seated and ordered our drinks. They make their tea and lemonades fresh and you can definitely taste the difference. We ordered the trout, shrimp, a crab boil and some wings. Nothing disappointed. 2 stars is being generous, They were out of Dr pepper That's fine cool, they didn't have potatoes? So we doubled corn. They didn't have Apple crown for a drink. They ran out of crab?? We get our food we have mushy nasty potatoes, no corn? So they lied I guess? The entire meal tasted bland, no gloves We were pretty much the only ones in there and the food was terrible. I will start off by saying our waitress was great and tried to make a bad situation better, however, we stopped in here for a bit to eat while passing through from Philly. We walked in and we're greeted and sat ourselves. The waitress informed us they were out of a few items but would let us know when we ordered. Upon ordering, we were told they were out of gator, flounder, steak and no boneless wings. Also they were out of all fountain sodas so had our choice of sweet tea, lemonade or water, which the lemonade and sweet tea were good, So myself and my sons girlfriend ordered a burger which seemed easy and safe choice, I was wrong, it was definitely a frozen patty (no hate on frozen patties) not fresh and burnt to a crisp where ketchup couldn't even make it edible lol my son ordered the shrimp burger which was at least edible, and my husband ordered the shrimp and scallops which were fried and loaded in so much grease it was barely edible only had a few pieces before the grease upset his stomach.. but the fries were delicious. On top of all that, the bathrooms were a whole other issue, no toilet paper in any of the stalls in either of the men's or women's bathroom, the floor was dirty and sticky and some of the stall doors had curtains instead of doors. Not much to look at, and it sort of makes you question if you should go in. But we proceeded anyway. Michelle was our waitress and took care of all 13 of us. Very friendly! Inside decor so-so, more of a bar ambiance. Food- DELICIOUS. My wife and I got the senior crab boil, spicy and traditional. Loved it all. Kids got the senior crab boil, garlic - nothing left! Trinity was my waitress and she was fantastic. I ordered the shrimp basket with cold slaw and French fries. Let me tell you, there is not better they could have done to make it taste better. The fries were consistent and coated lightly with some sort of flavorings which makes it some of the best fries that I've eaten. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. We stopped here for an early lunch. We were seated right away and a waitress came and took our drink order within 2 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. We had fried okra and fried green beans as appetizer. Both were very good. They have a Spivey dip that was great with appetizers. We both ordered the BBQ Turkey sandwich. Wow, the turkey was amazingly tender and packed with flavor. It was great. Will definitely have to go back sometime soon. read more

Very nice looking place. Our server, Trinity, was extremely nice and attentive despite being very busy. Probably one of the best servers I have had. The food is quite good and is one of the few places I have left food on my plate because I was full and satisfied. I do wish the food was a bit less greasy but understandable considering it is fried. The boils are on point and the whole family agreed we will be ordering takeout boils in the future. Our only true complaint was the lack of actual silverware instead of plastic utensils. It makes eating the crab boil a bit of a challenge without silverware and a proper plate instead of a plastic basket. All in all we will be back. We noticed while there they had a comedy night and that is something we would like to attend in the future as well. read more

Newly opened, and truly unique interior! Tried the gator bites, and shrimp & flounder basket. Huge portions of fish, which you can tell is freshly fried. Savory and warm hush puppies were served on the side as well as fresh coleslaw and crinkle cut French fries. This place is too high priced for what they serve. The seafood comes in a plastic bag that you have to cut open and there was so much grease that you could not enjoy the meal. I won't be going back again. read more

First time I ever ate gator! Tender and better then chicken! Ate with my family and the kids devoured the gator bites. Actually we went back the next day for more. The shrimp and grits were bomb and cooked perfectly. Also had the crab boil and it was so much food. So totally worth it. I will say the menu is still in the making which is normal for a brand new business. And bonus they just got their liquor licenses and they do all kinds of fun things. I decided to give this place another chance. I called in my order and they said 25 min. The food was not ready when I arrived. I was told another 5-10. I paid and waited for them to bring it out. Me and a friend went here one night and tried several specials! The broken crab was amazing and a great price! $3 drinks heck yea sign me up! The shrimp burger was good! The food was delicious. The seafood boil is quite a different fare for this town and a great option. When entering the staff is friendly and prompt.
