Instead of actually helping patients, it seemed like he spent most of his time writing Google review responses while people were waiting for assistance. The billing was also a mess. I provided my insurance information before my visit, yet the office still failed to submit the claim correctly. Because of this, I received a bill that should have been handled through insurance in the first place. When I asked about it, Tim was dismissive and not helpful at all. A dental office should focus on patient care and proper administrative work. Unfortunately, this place seems more focused on managing online reviews than actually taking care of patients and basic billing responsibilities. I would not recommend this office unless they seriously improve their front desk professionalism and billing procedures.

They don't have a lot of evening availability which can make scheduling tricky. I was nervous about going to see a dentist during Covid, but it felt very safe. They had me wait on my car, they wore PPE, i wore a mask (when they weren't working on my teeth), and they checked my temperature when I arrived. While I was still numb from the filling, the dental assistant accidentally hit my veneer with the suction tool. I immediately said out loud, "Man, it felt like my tooth broke." They brushed it off and finished the procedure. Then I was taken to the hygienist down the hall. She was extremely rough, even after I told her my teeth were hurting and I was still numb. The next day, I noticed two of my veneers were chipped--veneers I had just recently paid to have done. I called the office right away and was scheduled to come back the following week. But the dentist I saw wasn't the owner and couldn't make any decisions. Instead of accountability, he tried to place the blame on something I ate. No real assessment, no responsibility, no solution. The way this situation was handled was both incompetent and unethical. I was dismissed and made to feel like my concerns didn't matter. When a patient speaks up in real-time and follows up respectfully, there should be some level of care and ownership--especially in a cosmetic practice. Instead, I was met with denial and deflection. If you value your smile and expect professional care, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. The dentist was so rough with me it caused extra pain, was frustrated with me because i wasnt numbing easily . Sent me home & said he cant help. I got the tooth removed same day from my regular dentist which lets me know he wasn't numbing me correctly and should go back to school . So I got my teeth cleaning done. The suggested their electric toothbrush and their mouthwash that is claimed to be better for you than retail mouthwashes. I took the mouthwash and was billed. My husband was later evaluated as well (keep in mind we just came here to get basic care). They suggested the mouthwash to him and the electric toothbrush. He turned down both especially since I had mouthwash at home but they sent him home with it anyways and billed us for two. Before he even got his cleaning done, they suggested a whole list of things he needed done and exaggerated the state of his oral health. The quote they gave him came out to $2,450 out of pocket AFTER insurance covered what they could. So we got a second opinion at another dentist office just to find out that my husband didn't need anything more than a cleaning AND it was covered by our insurance. Weird that my teeth cleaning, I still had a fee to pay. The receptionist can be unfriendly over the phone. One the of dental hygienists cleans your teeth so harshly. I get that dentist offices are a business too but it shouldn't be that much of one that it compromises the integrity.
