His recommendation as to our most prudent course of action would have bust up the entire property which is not what we wanted. He hadn't read the documents I sent to him prior to our meeting - or if he did he spent a good deal of our first meeting reading them again, which we got the pleasure of paying him for. Fortunately I eventually called the office of Andy Sirkin and, without even being a client of theirs, their clerk advised on the most accurate course of action that finally, and relatively quickly, got the job done. Yes, you can read that again, Sirkin's office help showed me the most effective way to settle the dispute.

Those are the only notice or statements I have ever received from him or anyone. He never has given or sent a statement of anything that he has done. The meetings that he had were always in the Judges chambers and I wasn't allowed to be there. No transcript of what was said or discussed. My case concerned 16 years of spousal support that I had stopped paying when I retired at 65 Years.
