Since then, I have gone through three separate remediation efforts and have been displaced multiple times with my children from my unit at Summit Ridge Condominiums, Parkview Terrace, Vallejo, CA. Both times I was displaced, I was promised timelines for resolution, but those timelines were repeatedly extended. I was forced to move between multiple Airbnbs, causing extreme stress, inconvenience, and disruption to my family. I have had to fight for weeks to obtain proper and lawful rent credits and PG&E payments. Throughout this time, Renee has repeatedly failed to respond in a timely manner, directly causing displacements and making the situation far worse.
