After scheduling an appointment for my dog's rabies titer test, the staff gave me incorrect information about rabies quarantine requirements that didn't apply to my area. When I called later and politely explained that the rules in my town were different, the clinic abruptly cancelled my appointment, saying that the office administrator was suddenly uncomfortable with the test. Why did they schedule the test in the first place, if they were uncomfortable with it? I'm just trying to do the best for my elderly dog. This clinic seems to have been influenced by someone who has another agenda. Based on how they treated me and my dog, I can't give them a good recommendation. read more
