They sounded genuinely glad to be meeting a new animal client. They were concerned as to whether or not I would need immediate services. I did not. Since I was switching from another practice they said that I should request my information be sent over and give them the vet info so that they could do the same if they did not receive it (which was sadly a common occurrence but that THEY would do the follow up as long as they could). Upon arrival at the clinic, I called the number provided on the window. A technician helped me with all my paperwork because the front desk was tied up. But the technician sounded like they were smiling. They asked appropriate questions and understood my answers to my questions. We sat in the car instead of in the office. My dog was calm. When we did go in, we went to the back right away. My great big baby doesn't like the floor moving under her so the scale on the way to the exam room was difficult but we could just take the number that stuck the longest. Treats and spray cheese were copious. Everyone wanted this to be a good experience for my girl. She had her physical, and boosters. The Dr. made sure that we humans left with ALL of our questions answered too. Everyone was THE best. They LISTENED, really and truly cared about the animals, the people and the relationship between them. They understood budget needs and health needs...where and how things could be done and when there was simply no other choice. I TRUST THEM!

After a family veterinarian referred us to https://veterinarypartner.vin.com It was amazingly clear it was urinary related and serious. (How did they not catch this before when our car literally exhibited all symptoms?) They scheduled an appointment the next day then wouldn't see our pet after they mixed up the appointment time. All these factors together combine to disarray at the front desk, and questionable quality of care. Perhaps for wellness visits they are fine, but if you have real issues with your animal you may want to look elsewhere. We did and we won't return.

I had an appointment for my guinea pigs and anyone who knows, they are counted as exotic animals, so they tend to be pretty pricey. Amazingly, I only had to pay $150 for two exams and one teeth trimming. Amazing. I was so incredibly thankful for the team. My guinea pigs would say otherwise, but we are 100% coming back. I think they handled my fur babies perfectly.

I cannot express this enough, DO NOT go here. We paid $1200 for our dog to not get spayed, but…read moreinstead they almost killed her. They also told us she had kidney issues which we have gotten a second opinion and absolutely nothing is wrong with her and she has also since been spayed with zero issues. We were quoted her spay to be $750 and her 8 teeth that needed to be pulled another $750-$1350. This all cost us $590 elsewhere in the area. As I left with my dog after paying, I was told at least she got her nails trimmed (she sees a groomer every 6 weeks, she didn't need a nail trim). Her follow up email also said they were "happy to have achieved a positive outcome that day!", what that you didn't kill her?! Please save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere.
