I love small businesses because you can tell the difference in the quality of the products and the food! It was my first time here today and I must say I am impressed. I've been in Killeen for about 7 months now and this is the first time I've ordered Italian food and it's delicious, authentic and actual real ingredients. I ordered the Ala Amatriciana pasta and added meatball, the prosciutto burreta and I think a meat lover (similarly) but added mushrooms and onions. I would advise to order in advance and be patient--it's worth the wait! Staff was pleasant and helpful! I hope they succeed and can open a dine in soon! I will definitely return and be back. This is my main pizza place now in Central Texas. I spoke with the owner and he explained that all the ingredients come from Italy and my son who cannot eat gluten has no problem eating pizza here. It's just like being in Europe, where you can eat the breads and pastas with no problem. The food is excellent. It takes a little time for them to prepare it because it's really being prepared and not being thawed out and nuked. If you're looking for a healthy alternative to fast food, this is it. read more

As one of the few fire baked pizza restaurants in the area, the pizza is always delicious. During our last order, which was on Valentine's Day, the pizza took extra long, even longer than promised. They called to let me know that they were extremely busy and had run out of Butternut Squash Ravioli. We substituted for the cheese ravioli and I appreciated them calling so that I wasn't surprised upon arrival. The pizza's were both really good and my wife enjoyed the ravioli. Best pizza in town! Our son was visiting and he wanted pizza. We ordered the Alla Diavola pizza, the Melfi panino, the Pordinoni panino, Calabrian pepper oil and Stintino sparkling water. If you're looking for a good authentic crust, it's here. Regretting not getting a sandwich because of how incredibly delicious the bread products are. Crunchy, but soft and chewy. This brought me child hood memories of the pizza place I went to in little Italy in San Diego. The Sicilian pizza I had there, reminded me of that same place. I think the food quality is outstanding. Everything there is organic and imported. Usually whenever I eat pizza from other places, I my face breaks out or becomes really oily. When I ate at this place , that did not happen! The food is pricey, but the quality of the food is definitely worth the price. You can tell that the people here love what they do, and that it's made with love and care. The best pizza I've ever tasted, the tomato sauce is so fresh that i would drink it, the crust is light, fluffy and crispier on the edges, we ordered a few for the family and everyone devoured it. This review is for last week. place is nice as ever but half the pizza I ordered was uncooked and thought is was cheese but was dough. Get it can be tuff to make but double check pizza for perfection and presentation. lucky the other pizza turned out great. forgot to write this review but lucky found my notes for this place and remember everything clear as day now. I should of made this other review a couple months back but had a lot on my plate. The day I was there I witness something negative awhile back. I saw and over heard a conversation when waiting for my pasta. either the owner or manager I believe was harassing an employee over a burnt pizza and threaten on taking half his check then went to the back to talk more. I assume he was new so I understandable if he messed up but didn't deserve that kind of treatment if he is learning. he looked depressed after that. since then haven't seen him worked there. on another note my pasta was good but some of the pasta was a bit hard and needed more sauce but other then that good wont see any reply's if anyone sends anything nor I will reply back read more
