The food is incredible! I am very picky about my pizza and I got the personal size margarita pizza and ate the entire thing! The taste, the texture, everything was so fresh! Ok so these owners are lazy or just don't give a rats a-$ that the app they promote and even encourage to use to get a discount will slow you to order during hours they state they aren't open. Yet google gives hours and the store window has hours that are different from their website. Below is a photo of part of my order with the time stamps and confirmation that the order was ready. I get there and the door is locked so I call the number and get an answering service who then tells me they aren't open till 3 pm. Mind you there was another couple waiting who also had this experience . So I wait 3:17 still no one, and a third family has showed to get their order and find doors still locked so I call again. This time I speak to someone who then rudely informs me they don't open on Fridays till 4 pm and that it stew this on The website .... Why would I go looking for that when the app you push lets me order and says it's ready and your google listing says you're open ... again LAZY OR DOESN'T GIVE A CRAP about their customers. So I asked for a refund which will hopefully be processed today and he said fine it's cancelled with ZERO apology for the inconvenience or waisted time. read more

Went there 7/23/25. There was no meat on our sub and also no meat in my spaghetti. I didn't get my cheesecake either. I was tired and wasn't going to mess with it. Talked with th lady she said I could get cheesecake. But I should had said something the evening before. Mind you I just got out the hospital with fractured hand. Service was terrible. I have been purchasing pizza and mushrooms from this establishment and enjoy it the first time now there have been several times I have returned for the same items and they seem not to be the same unsure of if they have a new cook, not enjoying the mushrooms at all and I've always purchased a Margherita pizza. Great pizza, strombolie and garlic knots. Love "The Greek" pizza. Salads are fresh but made of iceberg lettuce which a lot of people cannot easily digest! Would love to see a mixed greens salad on menu. Service is always great! read more

Pizza was fresh, tasted good, but did not give me the WOW emotion. I was hoping for a crunchy crust since they make their own, but a no go on that one. Wings were great, fried to perfection, and the Buffalo sauce tasted good. We also ordered mozzarella sticks that were mediocre, nothing special about them. My dining experience was pretty much ruined by watching the lady behind the counter sneeze into her hands, wipe the snot off her nose with her hand and then proceed to wipe it on her shirt. I waited to see if she was going to wash her hands but for 5 minutes I continued to watch in horror as she touched her nose again to get that last little bit was dripping out, continuously touch her hair and her face all while never going to wash her hands. Fortunately she did not touch our food, but hopefully this review will set the bar higher for this establishment. read more

In town for a short visit so we were looking for something that would be quick and easy. We ordered online which was seemingly painless. Our food was delivered before the estimated time so that was a plus. We ordered an 18" pepperoni pizza, 20 wings, and three cannolis. I was not expecting to pay $70 for pizza but it was already late and we were hungry. The pizza was okay, nothing special, very much like your typical New York street pizza, thin and greasy. The wings were dry and had mild flavor, we went with mild sauce and BBQ sauce. The ranch was a little watery. The cannolis were pretty much the best part of the meal. The meal overall was a little underwhelming considering all the good reviews and money spent overall. I really wanted to like this place as we know New York pizza and Buffalo Wings (hubs being from central NY), but it just wasn't a hit this time around. WHAT SON! I don't really do food reviews, but DAMN Bobby Lupo's Pizzeria (Harker Heights). Hubby and I went for a date night and had a ball. A GEM hiding in plain sight. It was our first time there and WOW. The restaurant Clean, the customer service AMAZING, and just an all- around chill spot. The atmosphere was like a New York Pizzeria. You have sports playing on the tele's and cool wall decor. The food was so good I felt guilty for doing other local pizza places and you know the one's cause you see their AD's on the television. We ordered the supreme pizza large and we were done. lol We still had one piece to take home. My hubby and I also had some cold brews and good conversation while chill'in. We even ordered another pizza to take home to the kiddo's, they tore that thing up. We have a new pizza home. If I didn't express it enough the pizza was bananas. From Dallas and found this on Yelp. We got there before lunch crowd and thrilled with the quick service. Two of us had the special - a slice of meat lovers and the 5 yo wanted her own personal cheese pizza. The meat lovers was so delicious and large that I was sorry later that we didn't get slices to go, too. The crust was thin and had a slight crisp. Lots of meat and cheese with delicious tomato sauce. Was thrilled that I could "fold" the slice - the way we did growing up in New York. The child loved her very cheesy pizza and had 2 more slices to take home. The atmosphere was New York themed which was fun for me and there were TVs all over the place but they weren't loud and disturbing. The Bobby Lupo experience is outstanding I first thought the prices were average to slightly overpriced but after walking into the restaurant and getting the customer service I felt welcomed. I ordered and waited 5 minutes for the fresh hot steamy delicious food I personally ordered the chicken parm and I was speechless after every bite, the french fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy with every taste, and the restaurant was very clean and very peaceful with entertainment on the televisions and the owner himself was even cleaning off the tables as customers were leaving. Overall outstanding experience with breathtaking food but the only issue present was no sprite which didn't even matter after my food was served some of the food items didn't have pictures but the portions of the food overthrew the price easily Once again 10/10 experience would definitely try it again. read more
