Im not the biggest fan of New York style pizza but when I am in the mood for one this is the first place in Killeen that I call. What was ordered was a half cheese and half pepperoni medium sized pizza. I decided to check this place out from a foodie, self-promoting this new pizza place as the best in the Central Texas Area. My expectations were set high, since the foodie posted, "it was the best pizza I've ever had since I've been here in 1985" (end quote). Boy, was that an overstatement. Being from New York, the closest thing to good pizza I have ever had here was Bobby Lupos, in Harker Heights. Not saying this pizza was bad, it is merely decent. The cheese to bread ratio is where it needs to be. This is a thin crust pizza. The cheese is the issue with this pizza. Once you take a bite, you enter a world where you greeted with the seasonings placed on the pizza. But, the aftertaste of the cheese is the downfall. Cheese tasted washed out, maybe old. Would I be ordering from this place again? I don't know. It'll probably be a good while before I do. Now I have not looked at the other items this place has to offer, so there might be a hidden gem this place offers. My experience was pleasant, not great. I dined inside of the comfort of my own home. The establishment, opened recently, so cleanliness is still showing to be excellent. Went to check out Waldys pizza world and parking is wonky. Limited parking, and backing out if not careful you'll be backing out into traffic which was annoying. Place was empty inside but clean. They had music playing and TV for entertainment. Our waitress was so quick and kind she also took our orders and also informed up that their full menu is located in the QR code which are located on the tables, and their printed menus weren't updated. We ordered a small cheese pizza, and a small supreme pizza with 6 buffalo chicken wings. Our son wasn't a fan of the cheese pizza we think it was premade (frozen). And the supreme was pretty good, just felt like maybe some of the toppings were frozen and the pepperoni slices were chunky. Overall not terrible, but not our first choice to get pizza moving forward. read more

The 1st time I ordered, it was fine. The 2nd time, they put small amounts of veggies on my pizza. I called and told them about it and because I got it delivered, I was not in position to drive up there for them to remake it. They refused to offer a credit. Once I told them I was going to post a bad review. She offered to remake them for free when I came back. I asked her if I sent my delivery driver back up there, will they give to her the same day? After requesting to speak with a manager who didn't want to get on the phone, she told me they would remake for no charge. I asked my driver if she would go back and get it. Once the delivery driver said yes, I called back and told them she was on the way. When my driver got there, they would not remake the pizzas. I called back to see what the issue was and she said they are still talking to the manager and I would have to pay for it. I told her she should have said that from the start. Why were they inconveniencing me and my driver? They had all kinds of excuses that made no sense. I tried my best to work it out with them before I posted this but they refused. Their customer service on fixing issues is the worst, and I'm posting the pic of the pizzas, and it will speak for itself. Buyer beware! Make sure all your veggies are there because they will charge you for each vegetable and leave them off. Approximately $20 for one personal size pizza. read more

I wanted to try a newer pizza spot in town, as others that I've had weren't so impressive. The pizza here was solid; I loved the traditional style crust and how it balanced out being crunchy and soft, with a little bit of give closer to the middle of the pie; additionally the ingredients used on the pizza were so fresh and wonderful. We had a half/half pizza with chicken on one side and jalapeno/pepperoni on the other. The chicken tasted wonderful, and unlike many other chicken pizzas, the chicken wasn't dry and was full of flavor. The pepperoni and jalapeno is a hard combination to mess up, but also easy to make enjoyable - I loved this half of the pizza as well. Overall, the pizza didn't do anything unbelievable to stand out or make any "greatest pizza in town" type of claims, but there is one aspect that made this a wonderful experience: the service from the staff was amazing! They were so friendly and made me feel at home, and they all greeted me with a smile and a warm environment. They gave me a realistic timeline on when to expect the pizza to be ready, and they beat it by a few minutes. I'll be going back! read more

We ordered a small cauliflower crust veggie pizza with extra onions and jalapeños and a medium meat lovers with jalapeños. The veggies and meat were diced and had plenty of toppings and cheese. The sauce was just right it wasn't all sauce and crust. I was visiting but frequent Killeen often so this will be a frequent stop. So good! I am impressed. They have a pickle pizza. We thought that was absolutely ridiculous, so of course we ordered it, and I'm so glad we did! It's delightful. The pickles still have a bit of a crunch and they burst with salty sour flavor that contrasts with the rest of the ingredients. I ordered food for myself and my family so we had a pretty big order. After my husband brought the order home, we realized it was wrong. Instead of a vegetarian option I ordered they gave us something with plenty of meat on it. As a vegetarian I couldn't eat it, and I didn't want to just eat pickle pizza since I wasn't sure I'd like it. After double checking the receipt, my sister called to let them know that something was amiss. They were super apologetic and made the vegetarian pizza letting us know it would be available in 20minutes. My husband went to get the new food and said everyone continued to apologize for the error. He said the inside was clean and everyone was masked up. We'll be ordering again soon. read more

Cook saw medium and made them all medium but realizing what he had done made another medium of the same without charging for it.
