Haller, suggested that I take another med other than the med I had been prescribed since 2013. It's a norco. I guess he had a problem with that. So, when I picked up the med he suggested. I found out that it was for depression. I have NEVER taken any meds for depression. I wasn't about to start. I called and asked that he fill the med that I initially asked for. He claimed that he couldn't send the prescription electronically because it's a norco. I was perplexed. I've never had a problem having this med filled. Their system is antiquated. He had to fax the script in. He kept trying to get me to drive back to the office to pick up a paper script. I was like, this isn't the early 90'. Who does paper scripts any longer???? When I called to ask that they fax the script to the pharmacy. He was in the background not sounding so pleasant when discussing my request. I didn't like his tone. That was my first red flag. Here's the second: I asked for a particular prescription from doctor Haller. I was told that a referral was sent. Come to find out, no referral was sent. Instead of the doctor doing what I asked as his patient. He does as the referral guy, Kevin, suggested. I found out by my insurance that they NEVER sent a referral for me. So, I was literally waiting for nothing! If I had not called to check the status I would have been waiting in vain. This situation has caused me not to trust what they say to me. It's like, if I ask them for assistance. Will they actually do as I asked or tell me that they did But I find out that they didn't? I don't trust most. But not being able to trust the doctor's office that you choose. That's not good at all. Then, I'm wondering if this office was located in West L.A. or BH and they had a whole different demographic. Would I had exp the same thing? Would I had been lied to? Would Kevin had submitted my referral without hesitation and not talk the doctor out of doing as his patient asked? If this last thing had not occurred I would not have written this review. But I couldn't remain silent and continue to overlook this unacceptable customer service. When it comes to my TRUST. I don't deal with anything less than stellar. I wouldn't say it's impossible to regain my trust AGAIN. But they'd have to offer some incredible customer service for that to happen. Until then, I MIGHT look for another office. I WILL give an update either way.

I also saw her…read morewhen they drew the blood, checked me, etc. She is far more knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, and helpful than any doctor I have met in my 43 years on this earth. Just off-the-charts charismatic, genuinely interested in my health, and went above and beyond to find ways to help. The receptionists were friendly, the guy who took my vitals, and the lab people as well. I am not sure why there are so many one-star reviews. Coming from my old doctor and her office, who truly did not give a sh*t, I can tell you that it is much better here. This place is in South Central but they are taking care of me, they have parking specifically for their office almost next door and Elena K. is overall an amazing individual to handle my health concerns.

My whole family and including my son went there! Now my son don't even want to go there cause he said his doctor act like he's not concerned! Looking at the whole situation and he wasn't doing what he supposed to do! Didn't ask questions about how the patient feels. This place needs to be closed, they just there for the money. Now my next step is calling the board and building inspector on this situation. Why they have their license and don't want to do the work. Customer service need to be improved and the doctors need to improve as well.
