If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! We came in excited to try their food since we are from out of state, we chose to sit outside since it was relatively nice out...We sat for 15 mins with no service, no drinks, no silverware...nothing. Finally a server comes over and you could tell he was busy he explains that to us, and all is fine.. another 10 mins before drinks came out we ordered our food because we clearly were not being serviced appropriately. we sat for awhile drinks empty server came back one other time to check on us said he'd grab drinks and never did. We sat for an hour all together before we finally gave up got our food paid and left. Mind you in all of this we were not the only ones sitting outside multiple other servers passed by not once did anyone say anything to us or help. We watched from outside as our server made multiple trips to other tables and saw other servers standing around. When we did finally pay we still hadn't received silverware or refilled drinks. I'm not really sure if this is a service issue or a management/staffing issue BUT IT WAS TERRIBLE and should be fixed. We stopped in for lunch while traveling back from Orlando with our Rv. We had our two small dogs with us as well. They said "no problem with them being with us on the patio area". Kevin (our waiter) was super nice and very friendly. Thank you Kevin for all you do! We ordered the Piesanos Supreme pizza. It was very good and full of flavor! We also got the garlic bread and they were just ok. Customer service is king here! I ordered via UberEats and they delivered the wrong order! I called the restaurant to see if my order was still there since I had someone else's. They apologized for my inconvenience and said they would be happy to remake my order at no charge. So I drove over there to pick up my order, which in fact, did not have to be remade- as it was still there. The to go lady apologized that she did not check the name prior to handing it to the uber driver. I was suspicious when my 35 min wait time became 15 min and it makes sense- the order I received and my order, were both for AMANDA. So I took my order home and they didn't want the wrong order returned. They said the other Amanda had already re ordered. I had the rigatoni bolognese, a side of fettuccini Alfredo, and the meatball appetizer. Let me just say- the meatball appetizer was the showstopper. I loved the melted mozzarella cheese and the generous dollops of ricotta cheese. The two meatballs were a nice blend and sizeable and there was plenty of sauce. The pita style bread they served it with was not needed. The rigatoni bolognese had enough meat on it but I thought the pasta was overdone. The serving was large and came with three rolls doused in vinaigrette. I think they should do that on the side, for stability during transport and especially since the to go orders sometimes sit for a bit. The size of fettuccini Alfredo probably would have been better if i had it fresh from the kitchen. Instead, it sat in the car awhile and on the to go shelf waiting for me. It was not coagulated as some sauces are when they sit awhile, but instead it was very thin appearing but had good flavor. The fettuccini was not overdone. The included rolls were a surprise as the menu doesn't state that they're included. The wrong order I received had chicken Parmesan over angel hair w rolls, a custom calzone with broccoli and other items inside with a side of marinara, tiramisu, cannoli, and a small Cesar salad. I didn't need all that food, so I gave most of the order away. I kept the chicken Parmesan, as that was something I would order. I had it the next day, for lunch, and it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the meatball appetizer and the chicken Parmesan. The other items might be better in person. Their menu is fantastic. I would like to go back and get their vodka sauce and maybe a Stromboli. They clearly care about their customers having a great experience. I would recommend them. But maybe don't order via uber eats ... orders in the express to go area can get mixed up and some can sit for awhile. Go there and get it fresh! read more

Food & service seems better when you dine in. I've experienced take out twice and I'm done. Walk in take out side and stand there with staff walking by you, no "we'll be right with you" or has anyone helped you". We've eaten inside twice and have received great service and food. My take out last night was over $90 with a tip. Please fix Take Out. I mean the basics, customer service or at least stop putting your employees that don't care as the face of your business. Ate here tonight while in town to see friends. We got a large greek salad and a large pizza to share. Everything was delicious! Good Pizza. We usually order the large pepperoni explosion. It has extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Crust is great and two or three slices will fill you up. They offer free bread rolls as an appetizer seasoned with Italian dressing. They also offer salads and other Italian dishes but we go for the pizza. read more

We go to this Piesanos often, we really enjoy the outdoor seating. I love that they bring water for your dog and the staff is beyond friendly and attentive. The food never disappoints. It's consistent and the rolls that they serve are amazing! Sitting outside is just very relaxing and calm. I have never actually sat inside at this restaurant! We typically get personal pizzas. I really like the white pizzas they offer two different ones. This time I got the meatball and ricotta it was yummy! I did get Pinot Grigio (the most expensive one) I can't remember the name of it I didn't like it... I typically just get Chardonnay. From 3-6 is happy hour so drinks are $1.00 off. If you arrive before 4pm they have a lunch menu. The kids menu is a great option too only $8.00. read more

Mid March ate lunch at the bar, the blond barmaid took my order, not too friendly, but the pizza was good. I gave her my Visa to pay my bill. Only two customers at bar, he was more interested in the other customer than me. Nest day my card was declined for a purchase, I looked at the card it was from Chase but for another cardholder. Reported incident to Piesano's and then cancelled my card at Chase Bank requiring a ten day wait for a new card. Today May 1 ate at bar at Piesano's said to the barmaid, last time here you gave me the wrong card. She wasn't looking at m3 saying sorry about that but never to my face. Later she said, you know I was almost fired because of the mixup. My entree arrived I ask for some rolls which she gave me without a word. I said, You are just short of being rude. She said, I am very busy today. I ask if I should give back my lunch @nd come back on a slower day. The fettuccine alfresco was fine but a lunch for one person with a coke cost me $32.00 with 20% tip, THAt cost was once the cost of a dinner. I will not be dining at Piesano's again.
