Love this place! We started going here because the owners are great people, but we return often because the food is so scrumptious! My hubs and I usually split the Lineman special, 3 meat combo & two sides! I ordered a two meat to side plate to go. The ribs were great, fall off the bone great. However, they shorted me my big potato, did you say didn't show up in the bag. They're also stingy with their barbecue sauce. Enough sauce for one rib so the brisket I ordered continue to stay dry and pretty tasteless. I'm disappointed they didn't do a better job of taking care of her to go customers. Check the order! read more

I was here about a month ago! Cool little joint! I ordered the fried bologna sandwich, I enjoyed it but it could have used some cheese or a little something extra. (I'm a big fan of the fried bologna sandwich from Toby Keith's restaurant). We also had the pulled pork sandwich, it was delicious. The sides were good too. Our server was super nice & friendly. I wanted to buy T-shirts but they were out of our sizes....guess I'll have to go back for mor BBQ! read more

Great food and customer service. I felt a little ornery and joked with a staff and they had great comebacks, great humor and atmosphere.

I spend the majority of my time in San Diego, but every now and the visit friends out of state. Every time we pass through Oklahoma or visit local friends we are going to be stopping in. We came here every night of the week for 4 days. The food was always excellent (Especially the pulled pork sandwich and brisket), beer was cold and the place was clean. At one point the owner came out to talk with us and explained a bit about himself and his business. Hell of a guy running a great place, will be back every time. read more

I had the three meat plate. I asked for the fatty sliced brisket, sausage, and bologna. They didn't have the fatty flavorful side of the brisket, only the lean which was dry and not flavorful. The sausage wasn't anything special but it was ok, think Eckridge cooked well, the bologna isn't smoked but griddle/pan fried and tasted like fried bologna. The only redeeming quality was the green beans. They were delicious. They need to step up their game if they want to hang with even Dickey's. read more

Good food! My wife ordered ribs and thought they were fantastic. I had a chopped brisket sandwich with enough meat for two sandwiches. Delicious! The fries were good, too. I believe they were "kitchen-cut"--not the frozen ones you pour out of a bag. We don't get to Ada too often, but this will always be one of our stops when we do. read more

While attending a basketball tournament in Konawa, we asked a local where to get some good food (there's nothing in Konawa). He suggested driving to Ada for Pigskins BBQ. In our family we had ribs, chopped brisket & pulled pork. All of it was good! Fast service, good portions, tender meat, seasoned fries, reasonable prices. The place is small so wouldn't recommend taking a large group. If we're ever in the area again, we would return. read more

Their cooked meats are almost always amazing, but the sides leave something to be desired. We get the loaded fries, which can be hit or miss depending on whether they remember to season them. When they do, it's amazing. The only real complaint is that they now don't have a price listed for beef brisket, and instead an excuse about the cost of beef in general. Food was pretty average. Our group tried a large variety from the menu (brisket, bologna, cat fish, fried pie) and didn't come across anything that stood out.
