She also went ahead and took us instead of having us wait until our appointment time as the stylist we had booked with was with another customer. I appreciate the distraction of tv/video games/ipads - it made the haircut smoother and calmed any pre-haircut jitters. I'm not a mom of babies anymore but I'm sure other parents will appreciate that the restroom was stocked with diapers and wipes! We will definitely be back. :) read more

We stopped in for a spit of the moment hair cute for our 3 boys as we had been letting them grow out. This included a 12 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year olds first hair cut. They were able to fit us all in quickly. We chose this place specifically as it was geared toward children, and it did not disappoint. All the ladies were friendly and great with the boys. The stylists interacted with each child and let the younger ones touch the clippers to make them feel comfortable. The oldest was able to express what he wanted for his hair. What a fun place! My little guy is almost two, but I've never been able to part with his little curls. We came in on a Saturday morning, kind of peak haircut time, and the parking lot was packed, but it was for a birthday party at the indoor play place next door. We didn't have to wait! Both Miss Allie and Miss Morgan did a wonderful job with my kiddos. They were so patient and sweet, and the haircuts really are so wonderful. I'm so happy with them! We love Pigtails and Crewcuts! We took our little man here for his first haircut and he was not happy (he's going through stranger danger phase). The girls did a fantastic job at making him feel comfortable for his haircut. I am so impressed! They even managed to make him laugh and giggles. The trick? Blow bubbles! He even got animal crackers at the end. We took him to Bubba Play as a fun treat afterwards. I couldn't thank the staffs enough for giving my son such a cute haircut and making him happy during his cut. I've gone several times.l and have had a good experience... Today though despite having a 9:00 appt and selecting 'first availability' (instead of a specific stylist). We were not given a spot as they helped everyone else. The receptionist was going to help us out and start cutting hair, but would have have to stop every 20 seconds to sign someone in or out. Would give 10 stars! They showed him the tools, let him touch to realize they were not scary, they distracted him and if he needed a second, they would stop and let him play with a new toy. There is a waiting room with toys and coloring stuff and it's a nice relaxing atomosphere. There older boy also got his haircut and they did a great job on the actual cut as well as he got to play video games while he received the haircut. What kid wouldn't love this place. At three years old, I finally took my daughter here for her first haircut. This place is just as it looks in the pictures. It's full of fun colors, the littlest kids can sit in the cute fun chairs (they have a fire truck, police car, airplane, and train), and there are TVs for everyone to watch something (today it was "Finding Dory"). The staff members are great with kids. Afterward, she got a sucker. The "first haircut package" does cost a few more dollars, but it's worth having the cute keepsake card with a picture and lock of hair. I would have LOVED to get my hair cut at a fun place like this as a kid! But I'm glad that it exists for my kids now. read more

We've been to a number of kids haircut places but this one was by far the best. Our stylist (Nicole) really engaged with our son and wasn't pushy to get the haircut finished quickly (which usually leads to our son in tears). Nicole let him touch the scissors, clippers, etc so he was comfortable before she slowly started to cut his hair. There were no tears and he left with a cute little bits haircut, a sucker and a prize. The other stylist seemed just as engaged with her little boy so I don't think this was just our stylist doing a great job. We really appreciate the time and attention they paid to our son and we'll definitely be back! read more

So I really like the hairdressers here. I think they really do a great job. My issue is with the appointment setting. We made an apt for a hair cut at 3:40 and still had to wait an hour before our hair cut. This is almost always the case when we come. read more

Can't make appointments. They instead want you to sit in their playroom for over an hour waiting for a haircut that isn't exactly the kind of premium cut you'd expect for the price. It doesn't take a great deal of business acumen to figure out that's probably not the ideal customer experience to ensure continued patronage. Recommendation to owner: take appointments or at least allow someone to "take a number" and come back. It's a shame too, good kids haircuts are hard to find. read more

My 2 yr old son got a great hair cut here. It was his second him getting his hair cut but first time w clippers. The salon was so cute and kid friendly, our stylist was amazing and followed my son around while he played and she did his hair while he played and explored. read more

We took our 10 month old baby to this place today. He was made to sit in this train seat and they didn't put his belt properly. We completely trusted them with our baby and thought he was safe. After doing his sides, our baby suddenly jumped forward and hit his nose on the metal arch you see in this picture. He suddenly started bleeding. There was a big cut on his nose. None of the staff or anybody came forward to help and they didn't even show any remorse for their irresponsibility. First of all I don't understand why do they have such a sharp metal train for kids. Kids can move and get injured seriously. I am writing this review to warn other parents to not take their babies to this place. I had to tell the lady to get me ice and some tissue and they didn't even say sorry and said anything. I had to walk out of that place to get my baby checked to a doctor. His nose could have completely cut off . This place is not meant for small babies and they don't take any safety precautions and didn't even put his safety belt properly. read more

We had a terrible experience here. My son gets really nervous getting his haircut and the reviews made it seem like the employees were great with kids. The woman who was assigned to help us laughed at my son when he started crying. I gave him a cake pop to try and calm him down and she said she wouldn't be giving him any treats because he didn't deserve it. I told her I wanted to try and have him sit on my lap. She said - are you sure, getting hair all over you is really disgusting. I'd stay away from this place. read more

We started coming here about a year and a half ago. The staff was AMAZING and I'm not exaggerating. My son has always hated getting a haircut and they worked so well with him. He is 3 now and still hates it but will actually sit still. Little by little there has been changes in staff and they seem to hate working here. Not much smiles, don't really interact with the kids. Just get a hair cut and leave. Before, they would give the kids treats, put their favorite show or movie(if there weren't other kids) do bubbles and spin them around the chair. Now they literally seem to hate their job. I'll keep coming hoping they get better staff and because I can't find anywhere else to take my son but I'm writing this in hopes management sees this read more

Their service is amazing, wait time is minimal and all their associates are great with children. They have seats for smaller kids that are fun and even have Nintendo switches for my older kids to play. Management is doing an excellent job and then place is spotless clean! Love it here! read more

BEST HAIR CUT that my boys have gotten in a while. Went there right after my oldest son's hair got butchered by a so called barbershop. They cut their hair just as I asked and they did an amazing job fixing my 8yr olds hair. VERY patient with my little one who wiggles quite a bit and no knicks on the ears! We weren't out the door and the boys say "We want to come back again" which for a kid to say that means their haircuts won't be a struggle any longer.
