I've been taking my kids here for about 3 years. Every time they are so kind and gentle. My son has the tism and they've done a great job desensitizing him to the whole ordeal. Today we had two great stylists for both my kids. 'Do' my 5 year old son's stylist did an amazing job! His neckline looks so crisp and he measured out every cut perfectly. If you need your child's haircut- go here! Don't think, just go! Best experience we could have ever had, I am so glad we went here for my daughter's first haircut and for her birthday. I scheduled my appointment easily on their website; and they sent reminders via text as well. I was running late and they were able to Accommodate by rescheduling my appointment a little later in the day. My daughter loved the waiting - play area so much; it wasn't even like we were waiting at all! Mom's: the bathroom has a changing table and a diaper pail! Amazing! We had Kelsie as our stylist and she was so Amazing. Great with my daughter, was friendly and got her attention well. My daughter got the cutest princess braid after her first hair trim, and we were able to get a. Wonderful before and after photo with her lock of hair. Today was a big milestone for us, having my daughter's first haircut for her 4th birthday. She got the princess package so she got a crown and a wand, and a special birthday gift surprise as well! The technician was very kind and thorough when servicing my toddler. I originally came in wanting a specific style (the same as always but to me, a Mom, I had no idea the difference the length makes). She recommended something similar, and gave me tips on how to style the hair once it grows out a bit. Overall, I really enjoyed our visit. I had been to a Pigtails & Crewcuts in California, but it wasn't a great experience. I was hesitant coming here and I am so glad we will be able to come back! 10/10 would recommend! read more

We took our toddler here for her first hair cut and they were amazing!!! She was definitely afraid at first but Brenda was so kind and patient! The place is freaking adorable with different fun cars for the kids to sit in, a playroom and lots of different toys and plushies (available for purchase) We did the princess package which was so ridiculously cute! They put little braids in her hair, let her pick out a scent for her hair as well as glitter. They then gave her a tiara a wand a ring and took the cutest sweetest picture!! Brought my girls here recently for long overdue cuts. They are 8 and 10, but still enjoy watching a movie during a cut. Appointments are easy to make online, I took first available stylist and they were able to get their cuts at the same time. They were offered braids or glitter, but my girls declined. Just a trim, but a couple weeks later I keep saying how great their hair looks and how much easier it is to manage. Will be back for their next cuts! read more

After being referred by a friend, I was able to get my 3-yr old in very quickly for a haircut. I greatly appreciated the calendar flexibility. The only thing was, he was "having a day", and was a little bit wild in the chair. A combo of letting him watch "Bluey" on the TV, playing with some toys (which they thoughtfully brought out), and our amazing stylist who somehow managed to cut his hair perfectly through all the movement/crying/and semi-meltdown...we walked out with a great cut. I called them at 4:30pm and Evette the owner answered. They closed at 6pm and she fit us in at 5:40pm. Very kind owner and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Ms. Brenda cut my 2 year old son's hair this morning. She was patient as he moved around and fought her and she persevered through it. She tried to cheer him up and distract him to help him through it. The haircut was quick, efficient and turned out great. Nice little place and he was given a fish toy as a prize. LOVE THIS PLACE. Miss Bridgette was beyond patient and helpful with my daughter. I had taken my daughter to two other places prior to hearing about this place from a colleague. She lost her mind at the other places. Here she was able to pick a car. Sit in the police car, pretend she was driving or look at stickers on the floorboard. Miss Bridgette made it feel like a playful experience vs a standard haircut. At the end they put some glitter and what my daughter calls a muffin in her hair (scented spray). Will not be coming here ever again! My son (biracial with curly/coily thick hair) had a bad haircut by Rony who even suggested we see someone else for his next cut. We still decided give this place a second chance, or at least tried to. We had a 12:40 appointment that we were 5 minutes early to and we're told my son was next. We waited in the kids room 30 minutes when I realized the stylist had moved on to another child who's family had just walked in minutes before. Prior to her starting their cut I asked why we were skipped and was only told, "sorry, she's running late. Your son is almost next." Which was a flat out lie, by Rony. Photo me. Us timer service- my son should have been sat and attended to immediately when they noticed their mistake. Coming here was a waste of our time and gas, considering we drove from far away. Update: whoops! I missed that they already have services like I suggested below and I just missed it. We weren't looking to have it done at the time but will be back to add a little pizzaz in the future :) Took my little guy in for his first haircut in a few years; he'd been growing out his hair and decided it was time to chop it off. Our stylist was very gentle and good with him. The cut is good and he loves his new look. The shop was cute and had TONS of extra services that I'm sure many littles enjoy. I wish there was some kind of "special package" that seemed a little more geared toward kids that don't want bows, or long, colored extensions in their hair. Maybe something like using some color paste to make the sides of his head blue for a day or color spray and stencils to add some pizzazz to short hair? Just a thought, because I thought about how I needed to come back, but there's not really a "reason" for him to between actual haircuts. Fair warning: there's a bunch of toys for sale in the salon, as well. read more

First thing first! The booking process is so EASY! Two other salons had me download an app just to make an appointment! I brought my son here yesterday afternoon for his first haircut! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted so kindly. I loved when his hairstylist explained we can put him in one of the fun cars or planes and if he is uncomfortable I can hold him in the other chairs they have available. That was such a huge comment because it calmed my "first haircut anxiety." He had crazy curly hair and I requested to only use shears and it came out perfect. She was able to enhance his curls on the top too! We arrived I want to say about 13 minutes prior to our appointment and she was done cutting by the appointment start time! She was super quick but not in a way that was rushed! (Just long enough to start building a tolerance) A toddler can only sit for so long! She was fantastic with his wiggles and sudden movements! I can't say enough about this place. Everyone this morning has already commented on how good his hair looks! The first hair cut certificate with the before and after picture and a tiny piece of hair is the most special thing! She probably took at least 20 pictures just to get the perfect one. He walked out with the cutest curly hair! He even got animal crackers and was able to pick a toy from the treasure chest! I spent a lot of time looking at reviews to find a salon! And this is the ONLY salon I found with amazing and consistent reviews. All of the negative reviews I saw on here are due to the customer being late or arriving exactly on the time. I don't know about you but I always (try) to arrive to every appointment at least 10minutes prior if not 15-20minutes. There's always traffic and with kids everything always takes double the time to go somewhere. It's sad to see those kinds of reviews that really negatively impact such a great business just because of the customer's own fault. I think I even might've overheard someone forgetting about their appointment and the way the responded to that was so kind and offered to reschedule the very next day! I don't remember who my sons stylist was but I will definitely return when his hair starts getting crazy again! read more

Previously had a good experience at this location and decided to return, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Was planning to have this as our go to spot for our kids, but will not be returning after today. I booked an appointment online. We showed up at the exact time. I was never told that we needed to arrive earlier than the set time. I booked for a cut and wash. When we arrived we were told that there would not be time for the wash, despite arriving on time. We were told that if they did the wash then it would make everyone else late. Well . . . what about us? It's certainly not our fault that your business is either overbooking appointments, or the website does not work correctly. The hairdresser was rushed and was rough. My daughter had tears at one point. There was no style, no bow, no scent. We certainly did not feel welcome and the service was no where near worth it. As small business owners we know how important reviews are and I very rarely leave a bad review. With that being said, owners need to know when customers are not pleased and why they are losing business. Hopefully this will help to improve their practices because I know that many people love this location. read more

Just wanted to take the time to write a review (which I never do/ just too little time) because my family all had excellent experiences! Yes they recently opened up and we have already been there twice! My girls age 5 and 8 received hair cuts and manicures. The hair stylist Kelsey was great with them and provided good advice to both of my girls who have different hair types and styles. Their manicures turned out cute! They also have a wide variety of quality merchandise that really kept my girls' attention and interest. I plan on bringing my youngest girl there for her ears piercings. One of the owners, Yvette, is very professional, family oriented, understanding of individual needs and friendly!
