I am blonde and was concerned about bleaching again within days of having it colored. Brent graciously squeezed me into his schedule and fixed the color mess at my first appointment. At my second appointment yesterday (six weeks after the first), he did a partial and haircut. I am so thrilled with the way it turned out! We spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted and he took his time, asked questions, and didn't do anything that I didn't ask for. I can also say this salon has a really fun, cool vibe. Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here.
