This company was hired by my home warranty company because our hot water from our tankless water heater was only putting out hot water for about 5 minutes and then the hot water is coming out of the cold faucets. The service tecs came out and did not understand our system, so his solution was to replace the entire system to the tune of 6k+. We have a soaking tub that has a mixing valve that mixes cold water into the hot so you cannot run straight hot into the tub, it reduces scalding risk and is code. The tec told my husband that it is required by code, but he would just take it out! This valve is a $160 online + labor to install. WOW talk about a rip off company! read more

My water heater blew and it sounded like a raging flood in my garage. AND.... well it was. I am a single mom and all by myself. I am only 5'1 and the water heater is up on pedastools. The shut off valve was not only convieniently on top of the water heater but was also tucked deep behind the venting and pipes. Total nightmareas the flood was quickly creeping toward the door to the house and I was envisioning having to replace carpet etc. Anthony and Corey are SUPERHEROS! Nothing less. They walked me though my panick in getting the water shut off and rushed over as soon as they were able to remove and replace my heater. We wanted a natural gas outlet near the front of our garage so that we can run a generator off NG instead of having to get get gasoline when the power goes out. There was an existing gas line running along the ceiling of the garage, towards the back wall. Corey M. responded promptly to my request for a quote and came out the next day to give an estimate. While he was here he also shared his expertise about the size of intake pipe we had and how much it could supply. The price was about what I expected so we went for it. They had availability that weekend, but we pushed it back a week to fit our schedule, booking a Sunday morning gig. At like 5pm on the Friday before, I requested to reschedule if possible, and Corey was very accommodating, giving the option for either the Saturday afternoon (the day before our initial booking) or the following Tuesday morning. We chose the Tuesday. They arrived within the scheduled window, and finished the job within 2.5 hours. They split the existing line and ran the new line along the corner of the ceiling to the front of the garage and down the wall. About 35' feet of pipe, with 3 elbows and a shutoff valve. They also installed the quick-disconnect from the supply hose we got for the generator so I wouldn't have to do that myself. The work looks great, exactly as described. They also relit our water heater pilot light, before I even asked. In summary: Pros: Quick to reply Quick to give an estimate Good near term availability for a 1/2 day job Accommodated a last minute schedule change Quality work Very communicative through the whole process Friendly and professional Cons: None. I'll update if there are any issues with the work (haven't tested the line yet), but I expect if there are, they will be pretty quick to come resolve them. 5/5 would recommend for this type of work. read more

We bought a neely flipped house and we're having issues with our kitchen sink backing up into our child's bathroom . we had previously tried to snake it ourselves a few times and the problem kept coming back. we had also called other plumbers who basically told us unless they can actively see what is happening they are not going to try and fix it . Pikes plumbing came out and Anthony was amazing . he was informative and gave me good tips and tricks and scheduled me an appointment to get the sink snakes by them . it's been about a month and there were no issues . This is a VERY SHADY company all around. Unfortunately you would never know unless you triple check them. We were promised a 50 gallon tank at 40000 BTU's. The woman even went on about how they replace it with a better tank than what you have. Then when they showed up at my house and pulled the water tank out of the truck no one mentioned the fact that they showed up with a 40 gallon tank with 36000 BTU. It was up to my husband and I to catch it or they were gonna install it behind our backs. Let me reiterate that they brought a tank of lesser value and we're about to install it without mentioning it at all! It would have been different had they said Hey we could not find that 50 gallon we only found a 40 gallon with less BTU's, is that OK? They did not do that they simply were going to install it in hopes that we would not notice they told us it was the same price tank. It is most definitely not the same price tank it is definitely a few $100 difference and they did not care to mention that Then when they were caught told us that the reason why they didn't have the 1 they promised is because that home depot just happened to be out and all the stores were closed. I then called home depot and found out that they did have the 50 gallon 40000 BTU tank in stock. Then they tried telling me that 36000 BTU was better than 40000 BTU's as if I'm an idiot. Then act annoyed that we were sending them away because he came out in the cold. We never asked him to come out today and told them that we were more worried about their safety and that our water heater was still working enough to get through if they need to come at a later date. between the lying to my face acting like I'm an idiot and don't know the difference between products and then acting annoyed because we didn't want to accept a lesser product I am beyond disappointed and would highly recommend using any other plumber than these guys. They are very comfortable lying and when you call them out they will no longer serve you. That is what happened to us I was calling my home warranty company to request a new company and found out that they asked that service be transferred. So if you check their product call them out and they cannot get away with their lies they will simply back out of helping you. I am very thankful that they backed out because it made much easier For me to get a new company out here. They are very comfortable lying to you and when you call them out they will back out of taking care of you. This kind of product is something you have in your house for 10 plus years and I have a family that I am trying to take care of and they are going to just take my money and lie to the warranty company. Which I can guarantee you would be the same kind of work they would have done how do we let them install it. Anyone willing to lie to you like this and go behind your back and hopes you won't notice that they brought you something that you were not agreeing to is not going to do quality workmanship.
