This is the second time that I've used this company. The owner came both times, and remembered my place from the first time three years ago. I was pleased with the work both times. Counting the business owner, three plumbers came today. This time my initial request was to replace two faucets. The plumbers who came to give an estimate a week ago discovered that the cold water valve needed replacing. Notice must be given to building residents 3-4 days in advance of water shutoffs per my HOA rules. A few months after the first time I needed this plumbing company, a contractor working on remodeling my kitchen should have found the valve problem. But since he did not, the silver lining is the quality of the work by this company. I have complete faith that the replacement valve will work perfectly since they installed it. They showed me the plastic valve they replaced and how it would not turn at all. We all liked the faucets I chose for them to install. In the bathroom my glass waterfall faucet has LED lights to indicate cold, warm and hot water. After installing it the plumber showed me a video of the lights working before I went in to try it myself. The kitchen faucet is a Moen which looks nice to start with, and has some great functionality. As the handle is turned for the water the head floats down a little. Then it is possible to select an angle for the head to remain, for example 45 degrees. It will stay in the selected position while the water runs. The owner took a video for himself! They are responsive, give free estimates, and the work on a nagging issue was taken care of in around an hour. I know we can trust the work will be done right the first time. I had a leak repaired by one of the Manager plumbers. I was happy with the repair but the plumber recommended I have a shower valve replaced because the faucet was leaking as well. I asked him if the valve had a cartridge I could replace and he said no and gave me a quote for $1,824.36 to replace the valve. I thought this seemed high and called another plumber for an estimate. He glanced at the valve and asked "Why don't you just replace the cartridge?" I asked how he could tell at a glance there was a cartridge and he responded any plumber could tell just by looking at it. Glad I got another plumber to look at it! The fix cost me $23 for a new cartridge. I do not recommend this company. In their response below, the business replied their plumber recommended a full valve replacement rather than a cartridge replacement. I asked the plumber if the valve had a cartridge and he said no then gave me an estimate over $1800. They say they "stand by our approach". Their plumber told me something that wasn't true. Price was reasonable for replacing two shower cartridges and communication to schedule was solid, but after reinstalling the shower handles they suddenly turned 360 degrees. Another plumber was able to resolve the issue when they were out for a separate job, but I recommend double-checking the functionality of any servicing done. read more

Had a clogged kitchen drain issue. Had to get it done in a hurry. These guys were very responsive and came out the next day. Work was spelled out in writing and the cost was fair. My elderly parents had a toilet leak they said was coming from the base of a pretty old toilet, which made me worry just turning off the water line wouldn't stop the leak. Being a Friday morning, we were worried about it causing quite the mess over the weekend. Called a couple of folks I'd used in the past, but they weren't available until the following week, so reached out to these guys because of the reviews. Rigo called me back quickly and was able to get to my folks place within the hour. He diagnosed the issue and text me photos so I could see what he was seeing and what needed to be done. It was a special ADA toilet for my dad but he was able to get one from his supplier, along with a line that was updated for code (the old one wasn't) and got it installed by the afternoon. Did a great job, cleaned up everything very well, and reinstalled the bars my dad uses. Was very happy with the quick reply, the communication and the quality of the work. This company is amazing! They return calls in a very timely fashion. The support people are professional from the get-go! They were able to have a plumber out the next day to give me an estimate - which was very reasonable considering it was a burst pipe! He said it wouldn't take very long and could fix it right then! Of course I was thrilled. Then Brandon went the extra mile at no additional charge and re-wrapped all the insulation back on the pipe. I had In & Out Plumbing out to install and new faucet in the kitchen and new valve stems in the tub. Figured that would be a $500-$600 job. I've done it several times over the years, but am now too old to do the work. They wanted almost $1300.00! I paid them since it had to be done, but feel they took advantage of a senior citizen. The tech was nice enough and did a good job, but then told me there would be NO warranty on the work. Plumbers have always been expensive, but it felt like highway robbery. Our outside frost free faucet quit working right when we were getting our garden started. Called In & Out Plumbing and got a call back the next day saying that they'd be out at 2pm. Out of four plumbing companies we contacted, they were the only ones who really give us a fair and well-informed estimate based on actually knowing what the job was (they told me they would wait until the drywall was actually removed to give the estimate). They did 3 visit before giving the estimate so thet would get it right. We thought this was remarkable instead of what others would do erring with a high price tag to account for uncertainties. This worked out very well for us because their bid was by far the most competitive price-wise. They did an excellent job, very neat and organized. After I had a sewer pipe repaired I asked the plumber for an estimate for installing a new kitchen sink. I have the sink, faucet and all the parts. His estimate was for $1430. I'm not installing a new garbage disposal.. he just needs to take it out and put it in the new sink. The charge is $400 alone. I'll not be using them again.
