I had an exterior hose bib that I needed to replace due a leak at the handle. The fixture was tight against the wall, and I could not get a wrench behind it so as to use 2 wrenches to avoid damaging the pipe connecting to the fixture. Jason came out and was able to solve the problem and then refused to charge for it. He wouldn't even accept money for his time and transportation with gas now over $6.00. This was a level of honesty and customer service is above and beyond anything I've previously experienced. They have won me as a return customer should I need work on some future plumbing issue. read more

They were very prompt and responsive to my Yelp inquiry and initially said they could complete a quartz vanity sink replacement the same day after providing the quote. That was the main reason I chose them. Unfortunately, the technician arrived about an hour late and then informed me the job required two people, so the same-day installation they had promised was no longer possible. A team of two returned the following week. They were courteous and kept their workspace tidy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they handled my quartz countertop very roughly during the installation and chipped it in six different places. What was most disappointing was that no one acknowledged the damage or apologized. I noticed the chips immediately after they told me the job was complete and they had left. They also left quite a bit of silicone dripping and smeared on vanity sink surfaces. After I reported the damage, I was disappointed by the follow-up from the manager. Rather than offering a partial refund or covering the cost of having my quartz countertop professionally restored, their only offer was to use a $15 repair kit. The manager eventually came out to apply the patch, but a cosmetic DIY-style repair is not an appropriate remedy for damage caused during their installation. The repair is still visible and does not restore the countertop to its original condition. While the team was polite and initially very responsive, the missed same-day commitment, damage to my countertop, lack of accountability when the damage occurred, and decision to patch the chips instead of covering a proper professional restoration ultimately outweighed the positives. I wanted to like them, having a reliable trustworthy plumber is an asset, but based on my experience, I can't recommend their services. read more

Aug 15th threatened by this company that telling the truth was going to get me reported to other contractors. I hired the company on June 10, 2026, they did the job of directional digging on 6/11/26, Used Linescape company for directional digging. That guy poked several holes too close to my sewer line when they were here for a water line no where near the sewer line, but their miscalculations were changed that day due to the slope in my yard. the hole left on my floor slab was opened for 2 weeks waiting for inspection. They never purchased a permit until 6/26/26 and blamed inspectors in this city take that long. No. Turnover is within 24 hrs, morning or afternoon inspections. They did give me a complimentary scope of the sewer but it keeps disappearing and where the pokes were done "they are marked" something looks not so good on that scope. They say my sewer is in good shape, but why did I have to practically beg to get a copy of it, was told I would, it keeps disappearing, they refused to send contract hard copy, only text and when I did get emailed my info, I found out some truths. The permit was ordered via email at cost of $43.15, but I was charged $600.00. They now say I had a choice to go get permit, another lie. They did not properly cover up the holes, extra holes due to miscalculations and I was charged for 80-85 feet, estimate, where the measuring is 65 feet max. They did send someone back out, but it still was not done properly and they did not cover up the holes made by LineScape. I was just glad I saw him and he stopped. Those were pretty deep holes and right on top of my sewer line. They are here for the water line. This Jason guys assures me the directional digging can only poke down 12 inches. Odd, my hand up to my elbow went as deep as the pokes went. I have no clue how deep the sewer line is, but at the point of poking, I am closer to the street. So it's not down as far as way up in my slanted up yard. More almost level to the street. Point is, why is he poking in my yard in the first place. I sense maybe lets damage the sewer line to show up, so I will be keeping an eye and doing occasional scopes myself and have everything I need if my suspicions are true. I would just say be cautious about this company. They can tell whoever they want about me and share, yes I will confront contracts and companies who pull shady stuff. They were paid almost $8900.00 for this job. They could never find the leak of 4 gallons per hour the water company said I had going on, so I feel I was manipulated into doing a full water line and that ended up being my choice and decision. I did get 10 yr guarantee, in all reality, it should last a lot longer so I do not have to deal with this company or these workers again. No one should be threatened to tell the truth and yes, I have all the pics and communications documented. But don't blame inspectors, city hall for their mistakes. I confirmed they were all lies from this company. I don't get why contractors are being so shady. They were at least licensed and bonded. The amount I find suspended licensed or using someone elses license, is alarmingly high. read more

Amazing price and service!!!! Easy scheduling plus accurate arrival time and completion time

Raptor hydrojetted my sewer line in June 2025. 8 months later I had the line inspected prior to selling my home and was told that roots were clogging 80-90% of my line. The inspector said that he had not seen roots come back that aggressively in his decades in the industry and suggested that Raptor's hydrojetting in June was not complete. I contacted Raptor by phone and email and sent along the inspector's video to see if they would stand by their work. Despite multiple outreach attempts, Raptor never called back and I had to pay for a different company to come and thoroughly jet the line. The technician from that company also suggested that Raptor had done an incomplete job in June based on the root growth he saw. read more

I contacted Raptor with a clogged pipe ( so I thought) . My washer water was backing up into my utility sink. Upon further investigation it turns out that my laundry line was not connected to the sewer. Previously, I had another company move my sewer cleanout to an outside access point and install a sewer liner. The laundry pipe had been cut and not attached to the sewer line so all the water had been draining into the soil. I cannot tell you how impressed I was by Miguel's workmanship.
