He makes sure his students are understanding the poses and very patient to help them practice the moves. I had great experience so far and my lower back is getting better with yoga. I would definitely recommend this place for all your yoga needs. They do have personal training classes as well. If you are beginner to yoga then this is a good place to start. They offer private yoga sessions as well. Mondays are their beginner classes.

The instructors are very nice. The studio is very clean and the staff is very nice. They have clean bathrooms and a water refill station which is awesome. They also provide lockers at no cost and plenty of cubbies. The class room is the perfect size with not too big and not too small class size. There's plenty of space to move when doing the poses.

There are 15 minute classes - cycle, rowing, or elliptical style Hitt sessions which are all in individual saunas that host up to 3 persons each class. If you want a longer class that is more yoga themed, you can opt for classes such as a "hot yoga", "hot buns" or pilates - each 40 min (warmup and cool down included). They also have a small weight room section- dumbells , kettlebells, battle rope and bench to get an effective weight session in before or after your class. The location is always very clean, which is a MUST considering the rooms are 120 degrees - a LOT of sweat flies around this place! They were patient and very helpful.
