Since it was a very small class, the instructor spent more time watching and fixing our forms. I usually take classes that are at least double the size, so it's easy to get lost in the group. I liked this class a lot more than I thought it would, so I will probably come back in the near future.

Because it takes me almost an hour to get here, I don't come as often as I'd like. I usually do the Friday morning class, warm Pilates. I absolutely love it. The place is clean and smells good. The instructor Kathryn, is wonderful. I leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend.
