Check-in at the front desk was quick and everyone was really pleasant. Since this was my first VersaClimber class, I was introduced to my instructor, who walked me through the machine and how class would go. That one-on-one intro made a big difference, she was patient, made me feel confident, and even gave me the option to wear shoes or socks (I went with socks). The class itself was intense but totally manageable. You can modify or take a break whenever you need to without feeling bad about it at all. 300 calories in 30 minutes, I can't complain! Everyone there, instructor and fellow clients alike, was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the reformer classes next!

To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

I wish I could come here more frequently but the lessons/classes here are definitely more on the pricier side. Bomi did a good job listening to my concerns and helped me working on specific areas I was having issues with. I felt very comfortable with her. I noticed that a lot of the clients are Korean and even saw a classes led by a Korean speaking instructor. The space is clean and there are locker cubicles and a clean bathroom inside the space. I would definitely come here again if I feel like splurging on private lessons again.

I got through the class mostly by following the experienced women in front of me, which worked out, but I left wishing I understood the terminology and proper form a bit better. I think I'll build up my basics elsewhere before coming back, so I can get more out of the experience next time. I started coming here to train for a big summit hike and all I can say is I LOVE Trim and LOVE this location. The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. I've brought my bf and my friends here and each instructor has done such a great job teaching them the ropes the first class and it very much feels like being a part of a community here. I drive from Costa Mesa to this location because I love it so much. Workout in a sauna…read more.. Ive done Hot yoga and a few 90°+ degrees HIIT workouts. I thought this would be a good high impact amazing workout. All workouts are in individual/family size saunas. But it's all virtual. Meaning no personal feedback. Coaches dont even know your name and all positive shout outs are embarrassingly generic. At the end of the day, I didnt get a workout, I just got Hot. However, I will say, if they were to add a cold plunge, this would be an amazing recovery gym.
