My instructor was Amy, and she was so friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable for being a newbie. I also love that it is a class of 4 max. To my luck, there was only one other girl besides me. I had so much fun learning the Pilates techniques, and could feel lot of engagements on my core, as well as other body parts. I arrived early, and Amy also took the time to stretch with me beforehand, which was really nice. Overall, I really enjoyed the class! It was both relaxing and engaging at the same time. I will likely be back. One tip: the studio is inside "Dance of Academy".

I wanted to gatekeep since there's only 4 reformers but I want them to get more customers too. They deserve it..especially Cara! Like there is literally no shame. If you've never done pilates or if you stopped and just came back - Cara is your friend. She will walk you through like an angel! Did I say there were only 4 reformers? With my crazy work schedule, she was easily adaptable and always willing to help me make up sessions or change days if I needed to. UPDATE (June 2026):…read more I felt it was time to update my review. A little over a year ago, after surviving cancer, I made the decision to come back to Jazzercise. Looking back now, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have never been so proud of myself. The difference in how I feel is incredible. My stamina, strength, energy, and overall health have improved beyond what I thought was possible. Family, friends, and even acquaintances constantly tell me how amazing I look and ask what I've been doing. The compliments are wonderful, but even better is how strong and confident I feel inside. I truly owe so much of this transformation to Jazzercise. The workouts are fun, energizing, and never feel like a chore. Of course, there are days when it's challenging to get up and keep the commitment, but every single time I walk out of class, I am grateful that I showed up. That feeling afterward is priceless. All the instructors are amazing, encouraging, and motivating. Most importantly, the love and support I receive from my Jazzercise family is unbelievable. They have cheered me on through every step of my journey and have become such an important part of my life.
