I booked a Pilates class with Kimberly for today at 6pm through Vagaro, and received 2 confirmations and a reminder email. I went to the spot and she never showed up. I called twice and she didn't pick up. She has an AOL email which should have been a sign. I'm very disappointed in the unreliability and integrity. The other instructors were there at the location and saw me waiting. I have several emails and witnesses that the class was booked and she was a no-show. Edit: She left several rude name-calling messages after not showing up, including calling me on my phone cuz she obviously had my number from me registering... and telling me I didn't register. Kimberly is not only a master Pilates instructor, but she's also a great motivator with vast knowledge of the body's mechanics. She has kept me consistent for 3 years now and I have so much more confidence on the reformer. Anyone looking for help becomig physically stronger, more agile and more mentally focused should call Kimberly. After having 6 surgeries in 3 years involving my knee, feet & hand I found myself in a weaked position and am still facing a surgery to have my back fused from top to bottom. Luckily I found Kimberly, a highly skilled pilate's reformer trainer. She is intently focused on you benefitting from every session. Just this week something happened in my back and I thought I'd have to cancel my session for that day. However, I told Kimberly what happened and she gave me a routine that day that made me feel loads better even though most of what we did was completely new to me.
